Poor customet service and very unprofessional. I started a tattoo here and co tacted them to finish but the artist stopped tattooing all togather, so I asked for my deposit back and they refused. they said I had to contact the the artist directly but he stopped tattooing. this shop must be struggling if they cant give me my $60 deposit back. Also I have seen some of Jays work lately and hes falling off. save your self a headache and check out a reputable location that you can enjoy yourself at and feel welcome. Waiting on a response....

I got my tragus pierced and the person used too short of a bar, my ear swelled and the skin literally grew over the jewel on the piercing to where i had to push it back through and basically re-pierce it, not the nicest or cleanest looking place and definitely not the friendliest, save yourself the trouble and walk right next door to anchors instead!

Great work! 2/4/13 We were walk-ins (no appointment) right when they opened for the day, and the piercer wasn't there yet. We waited maybe 20 minutes. When he got there he was really nice and apologized for the wait. He pierced my brother's tongue and did my industrial. He gave us a decent discount for having to wait. I could tell he had years of experience and was easy to talk to. He gave us great tips on aftercare and my piercing healed wonderfully and looks great. I'm thinking of going back for a nose piercing.

Jay Langer is awesome. He listens to your ideas, works with your sketches, and helps you to design a tattoo that is beautiful and has meaning. I have had more compliments on my sleeve than I can tell you. My son and his wife also have had several tattoos by Jay. I would never think of trusting anyone else to put art on my skin.

Best place ever! Called the shop to ask about a problem with my daughter's ear piercing that was done at a different location. I was told "sure bring her in and we'll take a look". Very professional, got her in immediately, gave me great advice on how to handle her piercing even though they didn't do it originally, great advice for any future piercings, and did the consult at no charge! Hands down I will not go anywhere else in the future! Thank you so very much Andy! My daughter was very excited to have met you and keeps asking when she can get her rainbow earrings ❤️

I used to buy skateboards from jay back in the day... it’s really to bad he didn’t remember me. Anyways, shop is a traditional gallery style shop. Filled with a ton of jays own hand made flash! All artists are great!

My family and I just moved to Hudson from out of state last week- my daughter lost her earing back this morning and was freaking out that her hole was going to close and she would need it re- pierced. I went into ink factory to ask to buy an earring back- they didn't really have anything for her but they figured it out and found something to work for me at no charge!
