People were friendly but you pay by the hour and you're a sucker if you pay someone hourly, artwork is great but the artists are a little heavy handed.

Was disappointed with the lack of transparency from the front desk. After an unexpected circumstance of having to cancel my appointment, they told me it was early enough notice and to come by to pick up my deposit. When I got there, the girl I spoke to on the phone said that she never said that and the deposit was gone. Did not offer any kind of resolution other than to come back at another time and give another deposit. No thanks. Great artists, just wish the business side of the shop was more professional.

Came out here from minnesota to have Em do a large piece for me, turned out beyond amazing like always she's just a great wonder person and absolutely amazing artist. Seen whitney and chentelles work also you cant go wrong coming here they all do great work. Shop is beautifully designed and just had a wonderful time over the two days i was there, loved coming here and cant wait to be back the girls were all so friendly and nice.

Kept beating around the bush when trying to schedule an appointment. We emailed back and forth about 5 times over the course of less than two weeks and bryttini just kept changing the dates on when whitney was available. Just flat out be honest and stop wasting people's time.

I was able to go in for a consult and quickly meet with the artist of my choosing, Chantelle. She was nice and polite though it was a very short visit. I put down a deposit and had scheduled for the date with in 2 months. The day of was great. She went over what I wanted and the image on paper was beautiful. She has a good touch, it does hurt obviously but I didn't feel like she was digging into me and did shorter strokes. She took a break when I needed it and, towards the end noticed that I was having a harder time, she applied some lidocaine spray. The outcome is just gorgeous!! I am so happy with it. The only thing is I did find it odd that we never did a consult of the imagine before the day of tattooing. This was my first so maybe I just dont know how it works but I thought that's what you did. Still love it all the same.
