I went to Curtis. Very professional artist, comfortable environment, and most importantly great ink! I brought in a picture for reference and Curtis drew up the tattoo with his own variations that fit perfectly. Just look through their portfolios and you'll see they are all awesome artists

Great spot for American traditional style. I did see some neat examples of minimalist tattoos that seem to be getting pretty popular. Tracy knows what he's doing. He listened to what I wanted done, made a few suggestions that were absolutely spot on and in the end I'm very pleased with the result. I will be back as soon as I earn some more patches.

I had a unique physics equation tattoo I wanted wrapped around my leg, and the first artist I went to couldn't figure out how to make it work and gave up after an hour of trying. I went to Anchor Tattoo in Ballard and Jacob figured it out right away. After two hours of hard work on his part I had my tattoo. I'm very happy with it. Thanks Jacob!

They are awesome here! My friend and I wanted to get matching ones and we saw they had positive reviews on Yelp so we decided to go in and see, mind you I was incredibly nervous because I have never gotten a tattoo before. They were so nice and welcoming we showed Marc (who has been tattoo since '91) a few pictures of what we wanted and then he went and drew up a sketch and it was even better than what we had originally planned. Our tattoo was a pretty simple design and Marc just made it even better, he has a great eye for details. If I were to ever get a tattoo I would come here again without thinking twice.

Go to Tracy!!! Not only is he an exceptional artist, but he truly cares and listens to his clients. Far too often I have run into artists who make me feel rushed or pressured when drawing out a design, and it was such a breath of fresh air to meet Tracy. He was incredibly patient and spent a lot of time making sure the tattoo was exactly what I wanted, and it was easy to see that he truly cared that I loved my tattoo. And of course, his talent goes without saying -- he is an extremely gifted and creative artist. I recently moved and have been on the hunt for a new artist, and I have yet to find anyone of his same caliber. You are in good hands with Tracy!!!

I had a major surgery done which causes uncontrollable arm twitches sometimes and I didn't even think about it when I went in and well it was pretty bad however, he took it like a rockstar was so patient and kind..took his time and did quality work and my tattoo turned out gorgeous!
