I felt accommodated from the moment I walked in, quite literally as a walk-in. I left Jeff with a design for a forearm piece, and he came back with alterations that improved on the original style and were authentic to what the shop is known best for. The staff were all incredibly friendly and it was a smooth, clean and professional experience - at a very reasonable price.

My older brother and I got tattoos at Lonely Hearts over Christmas. Jeffrey Pons is an expert tattooer. He did an outstanding job on our tattoos. Everyone there is very professional and kind. All are welcome there. The shop is kept extremely clean and all tattooers are very meticulous with safety and sanitary measures. We were both very impressed and happy with the experience and will be back very soon. I highly recommended Lonely Hearts Club for all your tattoo needs!!!

The people here are true professionals who want to perfect their craft. What more can you ask from someone who’s tattooing than a perfectionist? Jeff does my work but Troy is an equally skilled artist. It’s the best American traditional work in Salt Lake by far.

This is such an amazing shop. I've been to Troy twice and each piece makes me fall I love with his work time and time again. The shop is covered in flash sheets and of course Troy and Jeff have some books of stuff they have done/line drawings. Best place to go for some stellar American traditional.
