I had the priviledge of having James fill my heart a little bit more with his art work. Although it is only his name and a puppy paw. This is something that I will have for the rest of my life to cherish and admire. The best part of my experience at Legacy, is meeting James, who is not only a phenomenal artist, but he stands behind his excellent work. Since my tattoo he has contacted me asking how the healing process is coming along. My previous tattoo place has NEVER done so. Legacy, which is such a nice place, clean, large and extremely inviting, has a Gem as an artist who's name is James. I highly recommend James for a job well done. Got my upper cartilage pierced somewhere else and have had nothing but problems. I have been to a few other places, some ok some horrible. Finally came to Legacy and Bear was amazing. He took the time to figure out what was wrong and talked over everything with me and for the first time in months I am no longer in pain. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone!!

It’s beautiful with those original old Historic 25th Street brick walls inside, wood floors, spacious, and clean. Great atmosphere! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Not only that but their piercing staff was really great too. The Legacy tattoo environment is great! I received my tattoo at the 25th St. location. The building has a lot of character and the space was very clean, organized, and comfortable. My artist is NIK aka NIKTHETATTOOER. Nik has a very gentle hand and does not press any harder than he needs to. My tattoo was completed in roughly 6 hours and while I am writing this review less than 24 hours after; I can say that my arm does not feel like it's been through a meat grinder. Nik pays extreme attention to detail and is very thorough. His line work is crisp and my colors look exactly like I wanted them to.I would recommend him to anyone.

Got my nose pierced by Bear and I had an amazing experience. They took me right in with no appointment I waited maybe only 5 minutes. He was very friendly and funny. He made me feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. The actual piercing was super fast. He really cared about how it was going to look and made sure it was perfect for me and my face. My first tattoo experience at Legacy was great, good staff , good atmosphere, just good all the way around !! Got a piece on my chest done by Redd that has a lot of meaning for me so he took his time to make sure it looked just how I wanted it too.. I just recently got another masterpiece done by him on my arm! Wasn't hesitant at all to go back to him only because I know he loves what he does , he takes him time and really cares for his customers! It's a statue of "Zeus" so you can only imagine how detailed it is!! If you ever need a good artist I would recommend My Mann REDD most definitely.

Had my daughter's ears pierced here because I'd heard good things about Bear, their piercer. He was really incredible when we had them done. I have zero complaints about the actual piercing appointment. Then her ear got infected. I won't be a return customer because of how poorly things were handled afterward. If you get a piercing here, just go straight to doctor if you have concerns.

Definite five stars to legacy tattoo. I was astounded by the staff as soon as I walked in. Greeted and assisted even though the lobby was full. They made sure I was not forgotten and welcomed. My artist was James. He did an amazing job and was professional. The placement of my tattoo was in a weird spot and I was worried to begin with about how James was going to have me sit during my session. Their shop is clean and Bear is a great piercer, however, when it comes to tattoos, they were hard to work with. My husband got his tattoo done by Deb. She would not even talk about the tattoo without a non refundable deposit. So we put the money down and she sketched up the tat. My husband didn't love the idea and the artist wasn't quite understanding what he was looking for, but the money was already spent. The tattoo isn't horrible, we are just looking for a tattoo place that will be easier to work with and an artist that is a little more willing and dedicated to finding a piece of art that we love.

Today I got my very first tattoo and I had an amazing experience! I was referred to James and he did such a good job on the tattoo I wanted and it came out perfect and I wouldn't of changed a thing. The whole place has a good vibe and it made me feel very comfortable. There were two other employees there, Naomi who was the receptionist and Levi another tattoo artist. They both were super nice and I loved hearing their thoughts on my tattoo and it just made the whole experience that much better.
