They were open on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. The place was spotless. Not cluttered and very clean. All of the workers were extremely inviting, chill and could hold a conversation. It was a great setting to get a tattoo. I highly recommend here, not just because of the atmosphere or the wonderful people but also because of the reason they started the business. If I could put NEGATIVE STARS, I would. Danny did my piercings before and he was awesome, but they got a new piercer and he is terrible. Didn’t even act like he cared. I’ve gotten so many piercings and this is the worst piercing I’ve ever gotten. The piercer didn’t even mark it and didn’t make sure it was straight until after he did it, (it wasn’t straight), so my piercing ended up crooked. The place reeked of weed. Overall UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not go here!! I don’t care how many reviews have fives stars, do NOT get pierced here.

I freaking love it here!! I’ve had two of my three tattoos done here and I always refer my friends here. I also just got my nose pierced a couple days ago. I was a walk in and I was in and out in 10 minutes. They didn’t make me feel dumb for being nervous and for my eyes uncontrollably watering after they poked my nose. I don’t think I can go anywhere else after my experiences here.

DO NOT GO HERE. The artists misspelled the tattoo and now it's permanently on my body. The staff was very rude about giving me options after I had said something and did not seem to care that I was not satisfied with their work. Unbelievable how they handled the situation. I would not recommend to anyone that is interested in tattoos located in this area.

Some artists are lazy and seem like they don’t care about the work they do. I watched them put people working under them down and I have gotten tattoos here and it got infected and blown out and is now scared over and very embarrassing. I know for a fact that it’s not how I took care of the tattoo that ruined it because I have many and they are all fine. This one however is absolutely terrible. Over a month later and it’s still not done healing. I would not recommend this shop for anyone ever. Go anywhere else and you will get better work.

One of the quickest (and least painful) piercing experiences I’ve had so far. I got my nose done and I was a scared it wouldn’t turn out (a lot of nose piercings can be too high, too low, etc). Gil chose a very flattering part on my nostril and it was over before I knew it. Great shop for piercings.

Ownership believes in driving fake reviews. I have never been to the shop personally due to the amount of people telling me they will never go back. I have multiple personal friends of mine who have gone in for piercings as we'll as tatoo's and were absolutely dissatisfied with the result as we'll as the service. Several times I have been told that the staff takes part in doing drugs in the back room. I have lived in the area my whole life and I have never heard of a shop with so much bad rep. It is no wonder Why the owner wants to promote contests for people who put a 5 star review on google

He examined my piercings and sold me some products to help with the healing process. While I was there, I decided to get a couple piercings. I do want to say this, the artists work is extremely well done. My only complaint that I have, is that the customer service was awful. I called to get an appointment scheduled, and the lady that answered told me that I didn’t need to have an appointment, because the day was open. She said that she would write my name down, so that when I went in there, I would have an artist ready for me. But she never gave me a time. And they quoted me something that was completely different than what they said it was going to be. When I went in there, I got treated like it was an inconvenience, because there wasn’t an appointment actually booked for me. But I was told that I didn’t need one, so I didn’t think it was gonna be a huge deal. And maybe that’s an issue on my end, but they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Like I said, the work and artistry was really well done. I just didn’t feel like they wanted to help me in any way. I ended up walking out, and going somewhere else.

When I got my tattoo done here a few year ago the artist didnt seem to care to much and i had tried to contact him to do a follow up to do a touch up on my tattoo when i finally got him to do the touch up he messed up what he had done before. This said artist no longer works there but I would be willing to get another one done at this shop. It was very clean when I was in for both my piercing and tattoo and they make you feel calm and try to help relieve some of the anxiety when getting a tattoo or piercing
