He did everything he could to make sure that I was happy with my experiences at this shop. They offer free food and drinks to make the wait better, and they are an overall friendly, generous place. i had previously gotten a piercing at another location but it kept profusely bleeding and i had to take it off, i liked how it looked so i decided to get it redone, when i came here they checked me and turned out i had a vein running through my nostril and they recommended to get it done on the other nostril, so far i have not had an issue or any excessive bleeding, i could not be more thankful for their TRUE knowledge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My tattoo is nice but my overall experience was not great. I was greeted by someone and he was super nice and he was kinda joking around with me - which was great. However, it was the tattoo artist I was not happy with. He can over and rudely asked "Are you sure that's where you want your tattoo?" Then he called me over but seemed unsure as to how he wanted things done. He was also eating a lollipop while DOING my tattoo

This is by far the best shop in town! They took my ideas and made it into one amazing tattoo. Emir did my work and while talking to him i learned that he had his art degree from college and you can really tell in his work. I have been to almost every shop in town to get work and no shop can compare to this place. Their prices are amazing they are super friendly and they even have snacks and water for me and drew my design right then and there unlike other shops always wanting a deposit and make you come back another day for the work. I will never go anywhere else again, especially with their loyalty program that they offer and no other shop offers anything like that and I have been everywhere!

Was very considerate to my pain tolerance and did an absolutely phenomenal job on my tattoos it’s one of favorite tattoos I have! And if definitely plan to go back to get more work done from him! Staff does great work! They almost always have some great specials going! My only advice is remember with great deals come long wait times. Don't whine about it cause these artists are cutting you a good deal. Plan your day accordingly.

I used to love this place but since they’ve gotten bigger things I’ve changed. I’m all for the growth but I had two people in shop and one person online say that a touch up of a tattoo I got here, where the original artist no longer works would be 10-20 dollars. I come in ready to go and they hit me with a $40 minimum because of the colors. Mind you I got this tattoo before they limited the colors on their 2x2. I will reconsider and perhaps go to another shop for my touch up since I’ll be most likely pay the same price but for someone with a steadier hand. This really put a bad taste in my mouth after being told a number of times it should only be $10 or $20 dollars.

Honestly, this place was so friendly to be at. The woman at the front desk was helpful, cheerful and my tattoo artist did the cleanest linework I'd ever seen. The prices are very fair, great for the work you're getting done and I'll definitely be coming back again and again. Do yourselves a favor and check the place out.

I CANNOT say enough good things about this shop, having moved states multiple times I have always struggled to find a new shop I love, from plain rude artists or over priced shops, but this shop is my new tattoo home. A lot of friends have shied away from the location/area but let me tell you this shop is nothing but professional! Their prices are more than fair (tip your artists people) and the staff is amazing. I just finished my second piece a 6x6 for $285 and any other shop would’ve taken 2-3 hours and Sunny did it in an hour and a half and knocked it out of the park ! It was an upper thigh and they put up a divider so I would be more comfortable. She does amazing work and I highly recommend her ! I’ll be back for more and already paid for my new 3x3! I will mention I was a walk in and was in the chair within 30 minutes on a Friday ! Worth the drive and the money, cannot wait for my next piece

This shop is amazing...they have awesome lighting and good music in the waiting area and a tv as well. I went for the first time on their friday the 13th sale and got a piercing and a tattoo and Catie the piercer was amazing and did a great job with my industrial piercing and the tattoo I got was more then I expected especially for the price I did not expect much for the $13 tattoo but it was a good size and it came out amazing, I usually go to all the shops in town every year and this place gives you what you want you dont have to pick from a list like everywhere else and the wait was worth it I will be back in december for the next one, and all the ones in the future because this one is by far the best place in town, and their prices for the regular tattoos are set so you know how much you will pay unlike other places that seem to make up prices when you walk in the door. You should check them out before going anywhere else you will make this place your new shop for life, they have more to offer then anyone else and they dont charge extra for color either thats the other main reason I will never go anywhere else again

My brother and his co-workers, he invited me saw the specials, they thought of a group idea for tattoos as our schedules were going to change. Something to bond over. When I heard of it I was super excited to get a tattoo with my brother. I was also super scared as I have never seen or heard of this place. My mind went to horrible places... I was and the last one. But they stayed later for us till like 3. The tattoo artist was amazing. All our tattoos came out awesome. The owner and the cashier saw I was worried, also "family", so immediately talked to me helped me calm my nerves and ot was the best experience ever. I now tell everyone about how awesome they are. Finally got a chance to sit and write. I got a piece done with my boyfriend.. there are small imperfections that I gawked at for a few days.. now I see how perfect the tattoo looks. My skin has healed, my baby panda paws are perfect to me and the color is wonderful. My artist was okay.. probably not my favorite.. but the artist that did my boyfriend's work was absolutely amazing. He was super focused on detail, color and perfection. We were offered our choice of drinks during a store run, the owner(s) treat the artists with respect and you can tell this group is a family. My artist made little conversation, focusing more on his work, the shop owner(s) we're hospitable and genuine. I couldn't ask for more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I heard about this place because there was a tattoo special going on for Friday The 13th for $13 tattoos. So I had made a appointment for 2:00pm 4/8/2018. I go in there and theres people already there waiting but they were ahead of me which I understand maybe they had a earlier appointment or walked in. But I would assume If I had a appointment scheduled at 2:00, my design I wanted would have been ready or everything for me would be set and ready to go right? Well no I thought wrong. So the guy tells me its a hour half wait and I was being patient and said sure Ill come back just text me and let me know when. I get a text back saying “theres 2 people ahead of me I can come now and wait.” So I said ill be there at 4:30pm exact. The guy who texted me said “No thats fine lets say 5 exactly.” Um... what? So 4:30 or 5:00? Which time is it that you want me to come?? So i come at 4:30 anyways. Here comes 5:00 and yet im still waiting. Im being told to come at 5:00 thinking I would get my new ink done at that time? Nope I was wrong AGAIN. The girl in front of me with her friend was getting hers done STILL and im just sitting out in the lobby being nice and patient. 5:30 rolls around and the guy tells me she has one more 2x2 tattoo and you’re next. Okay so you had me come at 5 but I came early. Ive waited 2 FREAKING HOURS JUST to get ONE SIMPLE tattoo. The one thing I didnt get there was two other guys sitting around just eating and talking when I could have got my tattoo done a long ass time ago. I get offered a free tattoo if I have stayed? No thank you. I felt like I would have gotten terrible quality ink. Honestly guys if yall arent even busy, then Why should I have to wait two hours to get something very simple when one of yall could have done my ink for me. Wheres the passion in yalls work ethnic? If yall cared for yalls clients, I would have been seen long time ago but from the looks if it yall just care for the money. If you cant estimate yalls time properly then why have a buisness running? It just doesnt make sense. How did yall even get 5 stars before? Friends or what? This place is a joke and I will refuse to come back.

I have been to the shop for multiple tattoos for myself and my family members and the whole staff goes above and beyond to accommodate us all (there’s normally a group of 3 or more). The last time I was there we had six family members going and sunny and emir took 3 of us each, we closed down the shop. I am excited for them to start offering piercings as well and just received a gift card for more work on Mother’s Day.

Such a horrible experience. I suggested going back for a second time but my husband was on the fence. I should have listened to him. First of all we called in advance to ask about going in at a set time we were told it would be alright and just to text to confirm them time. As we wanted to be early for our appointment we set out on the road a half hour in advance and while on our way we get a text that the time needs to be pushed back an hour. Of course we don't text and drive so we don't see it until we get to the place and we get some story about scheduling confusion that had occurred. If you run a business shouldn't you know how to schedule your appointments and artists? Should you have mentioned the short staff when we first called, hours before going in? Then to top it off while waiting, leaving and coming back (as reccomend by shop staff to kill time) I don't know how many times that same day we don't get seen until 4 and a half hours after our appointment! I get some clients run late but other shops have made people stop when running into another appointment. On top of having to wait forever they end up saying they could work out some deals for us, should have known they sounded too good to be true. We took a "deal" they made to try to "make it right" for us and waited hours just to get a poor quality tattoo. Lines are very wavy and it looks like a clip art picture not what I specifically took in to get done. We were also offered comps to come make it right, but after seeing the finished work, I will NOT be going back. Additionally, I come here and see the reviews and it's not very professional to see the "owner" telling clients that they can't predict time issues or worse yet they put the blame on their clients for the shops mess ups. This was not my first tattoo, rest assured I didn't move a muscle. The wavy lines that should be straight are not my fault. I've sat through bigger tougher tattoos. I will definitely be getting this work covered up! And I will tell anyone I know not to go here. Edited to show you all the bad lines on the umbrella. This review is of my thoughts not my husband's. You did put us down for 730, your paperwork showed it. Then you text says 8, so yea midnight is uncalled for. I'm not just trying to be mean, it's fact. I enjoyed how nice y'all were but I didn't like the work or the back and forth you pushed us on time

It wasn't very organized and not the cleanest of parlors... I asked for latex free gloves and the artist ended up using latex anyways so my tattoo blistered and scarred pretty bad. It's cool they do tattoos for awarenesses at a low cost but I wouldn't expect it to come out great

I ended up communicating with James via email to set up an appointment and talk to him about what I was looking to get - he answered so quickly and was so friendly. Amazing customer service here! Elias ended up doing my tattoo when I arrived. He customized my tattoo exactly how I described it to him and gave me some of his professional input on it as well which was awesome. He did such a phenomenal job in such little time. I am beyond impressed with this shop - I have been to several other shops within several different states and this one definitely made a lasting impact and trumps all.
