Great artists, just a little expensive. My boyfriend and I had went in on St. Patrick's Day for some spur of the moment tattoos. He got a green shamrock, and I received a Japanese character. For both tattoos it was $210 before tip. Excellent work, but wish is was a little less. Both of ours didn't exceed 3 by 3. Good location compared to the surrounding cities, and Fort Hood.

Took my 6 year old daughter here to have her ears pierced. The facility was clean, but our pierced just didn’t seem to know how to communicate what he was doing. He silently worked on her while I felt compelled to narrate what was happening to my child so she wouldn’t be afraid. It would be great to have had someone who explained what was happening. However, he did a great job. Earrings have been in for 3-4 weeks and no sign of infection, so quality service overall

Moment I came in I felt like I was apart of the family! I came in to get a piercing. but, of course I was over thinking everything and was to scared. It took me a good 30 minutes to decide but, Ms. Erica was very Patient with me. She was right the piercing didn’t hurt at all. The staff here is so AMAZING!! You won’t get any place better I promise! Went to the shop about 3 weeks ago with a vague idea of my tattoo. Talked to one of he artists who recommended I talk to Alex so I waited a few days went back to see him. He took my idea and made it come to life and it turned out better than I could have imagined. He was also able to squeeze my wife in the next day for an amazing coverup. I have already had him do the other half of my sleeve and my wife has her appointment with Alex for her half sleeve. Great shop with amazing artists. Would definitely recommend you stop by here if your in the market for a new tattoo.

MUST READ !!! - So for all you searching and reading reviews to find that right tattoo shop look no further because this is the tattoo and piercing shop you want to go to 100%. Everyone in the shop are professionals and skilled at what they do. I am personally going through some life problems( aren’t we all ) but I wanted to get something that when I look at, it reminds me of my past and all the life changes Ive been through and also to not feel sorry for myself but to become a better person and always keep moving forward improving myself. -VEGAS- was the artist who talked to me with what’s going on and I told him I wanted a full sleeve and gave him an idea and without any hesitation he said he could do it. We all know full sleeves at some shops can be extremely pricey but VEGAS said he would work with my budget which was awesome. We got all the paper work done and got started right away, a week later it was finished and the whole time he always made sure I was completely comfortable and always asked if I needed breaks throughout our sessions. The tattoo came out amazing and he did a phenomenal job. From the amazing woman at the front desk greeting you and making you feel comfortable right when you come in, to all the artists in the shop joking, laughing, singing music, you get much more than just a tattoo out of this shop. I will for sure recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who wants a tattoo or piercing because I promise it’s an experience you just have to see for yourself.

This was the absolute worst experience ever. The rating was so high I automatically had confidence in their skill. I went In to get a monroe piercing. The young lady at the front desk, short shoulder legnth b cut, brown hair, not only completely botched it but they allowed her to " practice " her piercing on people. The struggled to get the first piercing in as she called some guy back to help. She was looking for another diamond stud as she had dropped the first. She put one on, five minutes later, not exaggerating. She was shaky and insecure. The mark she made with the blue marker didnt compare to the placement of my piercing( see pictures below). I went home, and within four hours had to return to shop because the one she initially put in fell out. Her excuse was well, I tired to give you the diamond stud you wanted and it didnt fit. At the time, I was having to pick up my kid from school, so I didn't go back right away. She said she she didnt have to repierce it, but the second time she went through, it hurt worst than the first. My lip swelled so bad. I had to call the shop back three days later to get a longer bar for the swelling. Thankfully this time it was a different lady, who knew what she was doing but I didn't want anything else to do with the shop. Two weeks later, when the swelling finally went down. I went to another tattoo shop in Killee. To have them look at my piercing. The piercing is positioned so awkward that its always scrappinhny tooth. A normal 16 g bar with 8mm or less will neve fit because the angle ahead went through my lip. The shop told me he would let it close and get an entirely different one because the placement is so off.
