Had an appointment at 5 with Derek, Derek comes out at 5 and says the tattoo place and him parted ways (obviously not amicably) and he wouldn't be able to take care of us and that Paul would. After my girlfriend and I sat there for 25 minutes, Paul finally addressed us and informed us they wouldn't be able to fulfill our appointment. Very bad business.
