This place is UNPROFESSIONAL, well the guy I got tatted by “Saint” had me in the most uncomfortable position getting the back of my arm tattooed, he was pulling on my arm the whole time and had an attitude, while saying i had an attitude the position i was in was not pleasant and the proper equipment wasn’t used until my tattoo was almost done. Then when I was ready to leave I was quoted a different price then when I walked in worst experience ever!!!

They are awesome! I'm very picky about my piercings, and i ask ALOT of questions intentionally before getting my piercing just to get a feel for my piercer, and everyone was amazing. I got my industrial done by Montana and babbyyyy he's amazing . Great personality and very informative about the piercing aftercare and he's funny. Definitely recommend this place, but i also highly recommend Montana, he's great .

My first tattoo done by ACE was great, simply because I provided a photo, but the 2nd tattoo was a scribbled mess that he refused to fix. Instead of him sincerely hearing out my concerns/complaints, he basically told me what he thought would be best and that my idea didn't make sense. Well, when I explained where I wanted the position of the tattoo, he became defensive and refused to fix what he'd messed up. NEVER will I go to him again.

Simply asked if they did piercings for the ears and they just stayed on the phone for a couple of seconds amd hung up. Next time i went there and asked myself and they said they do not do ear piercings. And walked away from me to the back. Very rude staff

I went here to get a simple nose piercing. The process was actually quick and easy. However, after getting the piercing the guy didn't even voluntary tell me how to care for it afterwards. Upon leaving I had to ask him what to do to care for it over the next few weeks!? The next morning the stud had disappeared into my nose. I could still see it inside my nostril but the stud was no longer visible externally. I tried the warm salt water, neosporin, trying to push it back through and everything but nothing worked. Unfortunately all the other piercing shops were open, but they we'rent so I couldn't go back to him. I didn't want to wait til the next evening to go back as it already looked like skin was forming over it and it was trying to close. I literally had to call another piercing shop and pay them to take a look at it for me to see if there was anything that could be done. The guy had obviously pierced my nose with a ring that was waaaay to small and when my nose began swelling the ring sunk in and skin began forming over it. I'm npt sure about the tattoos, but DON'T GET PIERCINGS HERE.
