Very welcoming place everyone is very nice and looking to help in anyway, Booga was an excellent artist and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, she was very thorough through the entire process and was extremely detail oriented, I would highly recommend Monster Ink on Stage Road for anyone looking to get amazing high quality tattoos. Management was involved in making sure all customers were pleased and taken care of. Overall excellent place.

Went in with a few friends to get a tattoo. We were not greeted when we walked in. The lady behind the desk was rude and basically made fun of the tattoo a friend was wanting to get. This was my friends 1st tattoo and she was nervous. They gave off a horrible vibe, so we decided to go somewhere else.

I got tired of my long hair so I went to the school as usual and had it cut off. The students are highly trained and listen to what you want in a hair cut. They were all in great moods and included me in some conversations which I appreciated. I will be back.

Did not get ink done. They didn't have change and asked me to go to the bar next door at 1am to get change for my $100. The atmosphere was chill. I just thought if your a tattoo shop and don't have change for a $100 and the tattoo cost was $50 I probably shouldn't get ink done there.

This place was absolutely awful. They don't stand behind their work. I received a nose piercing which fell out the next day. I was never give proper care information afterward I might add. I went in to ask if they could replace the jewelry and was told that he'd sell me a new piece of jewelry despite me paying $45 the previous night. The main piercer then proceeded to tell me that I was wasting his money and his time and needed me to get the (colorful vocabulary) out. I will never go back. In addition the rude workers, I watched a girl get a tattoo there then leave without the fresh tattoo being cleaned or covered. Flat out disgusting.

Very poor management. Shop was not clean. Over flowing used needle containers on the floor in the back room. Constantly out of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.

Booga is absolutely awesome. She did a portrait tattoo of my grandmother on my back as well as lip piercing. It's been 6 months since then and both have healed very nicely. She is amazing and my official tattoo artist/ piercer now!
