Good, friendly people and real fair prices. No tats yet for me, but they have a good selection of body jewelry and they can also order. Great local shop.

The tattoo parlor is located on the second floor of the building. When I entered the building there was no one in plain sight and there is no receptionist desk to speak of. No sign in sheet or nothing no instructions posted so that you will know how to get any type of service. Two of the workers we're already busy and another one was walking around I sat on the couch patiently waiting for someone to at least acknowledge my presence or give me some type of direction as to how things work in the shop. I waited 20 minutes when someone else walked into the door they immediately gave him paperwork to fill out copy his ID and got him to the back. Still no one had acknowledged I was sitting there waiting. He finished that guy up and yet I'm still sitting on the couch waiting and no one has said anything to me. By this time three of the tattoo workers are now doing nothing. I'm still waiting on the couch for someone to ask have I been serviced. After 45 minutes I decided to get up and leave. That is by far the most horrible customer service ever. I don't know if it is because I am an African-American woman but even still that is no way to treat a customer. I will never step foot back into this place

I screwed up and did my industrial myself like a dumb... but i called arch angel and the dude was rude af... so i decided to give this place a ring. The guy i talked to told me come in and he'd look at it. He was very professional and clean and he gave me a lot of info about why u shouldn't pierce urself and told me how to fix my infected piercing. I will be back to have it done the right way 4 sure. Thank u for all ur help Shux. XD

Called up there at 8:15pm on 6/22/2016 and was told by a female as long as I'm here 15 minutes before closing i was good im here at 8:39pm called 3 times doors are locked and lights are off im pissed but i just drove across town for a 30 second nose piercing and cant even get it im sitting in the parking lot at 8:44pm as i type this review smh.

This is the only place I'll go for my piercings. I've had my nose pierced twice by Bonnie & even got friends hooked on her too! I will not let anyone else pierce me. Bonnie is the sweetest. She makes you relaxed & comfortable. Totally recommend for a piercing. Tattoos... Not really. They're always kinda rude. Not worth the effort if I'm not happy with your attitude.

I have gone here for my piercings. The piercer is very nice and professional. One of the guys there was a jerk! Over the phone he impatient and I almost didn't want to give them my business. But I did and Bonnie is awesome!

Great place for piercing. One of the tattoo artists seems like complete *** hole and I didn't even bother getting a tattoo so I just went to Archangel. I'd not get a tat here for one the prices are steeper and the tattooer, short bald white guy was extremely rude to even his co workers, not someone I would want to be sitting with for hours getting it done, seems like he doesn't even like his job. Drive over to Archangel for your tats it's worth the drive. Front two ladies I dealt with are sweethearts.

N8 did a great job! I got my deceased boyfriend's name a Sunflower and the date we started dating and the date he passed on the top of my left arm. It took him about 30 minutes and it made me cry it was so perfect!! Please ask for N8 when you go there he is amazing!!

I was Greeted by Courtney Every Single time I visited this Place. She was very Explanatory about business hours, who the Tattoo artist was & made me feel Welcome at Ink Gallery. Bonnie the Piercing Expert pierced my belly over 10 years ago & shes still there & as friendly as she was back then. Mr. Jon is the Tat artist. He was very up front about where I should get certain tats I wanted based on the area for the size of the Tat, prices for the tats Im wanting & hours of operation. Was in & out within the hour. From paperwork, paying to sizing the tat. EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY AT THIS INK GALLERY!!! Thanks

Will never come here again had a 5:00 appointment the artist took 2 hour to even asked again what art work would we like, then was upset when I asked him could he prefer us to another artist in the shop...He blow up talking about how long he been doing work verses the other artists in the shop. We made a big mistake paying first. The young lady up front was nice!

Called Nate over the phone to get a quote on a tattoo and his conversation on the phone was very nice and polite so that made me really want to go and get the tattoo. I went the next day as he was expecting me and I got my tattoo within a hour and 15 mins. The hour wait was appointments that he had and the 15 mins was the time you was actually doing my tattoo. This had to be the fastest great service I’ve ever seen. Nate lines was very neat and the red color I chose was perfect. This hand tattoo is now one of my favorite tattoos that I have. He has a loyal customer now! And also Nate other employees was very cool and free spirited. The shop is a nice comfortable environment. NO LIES!

My husband and sister got tattoos here the other day. The artist did a WONDERFUL job. The art has clean, straight lines and perfect shading. He is truly talented. Unfortunately, I have currently forgot his name. I will update when I remember lol.

Don't go here for a tattoo. They will mess up the simplest line work and your tattoo will come out crooked and uneven. I would definitely recommend you find another shop before getting ink from here.

My daughter went in for a piercing and the ball kept coming off. I took her in twice to have it replaced but it would be off within two days. When mine was done, the ball stayed on for almost six months. Not happy! I gave them three stars because the piercing was good.

Had been to the shop years ago, upon arriving was pleasantly surprised new owners and new staff place looked great and clean. Staff was kind, and trevor was AMAZING. I was getting my nipples repirced qnd he was able to do it better than they were done the first time round. Will be back for piercings. And hope that the new staff isnt weighted down by the old ones reputation
