Went for an nose ring which was fast and didn't hurt at all. However Angel lacks customer service skills he is a bit harsh with words but I guess some people would just say that he is blunt and straight forward

Angel is RUDE ! My friend went and got two piercings while I was in the waiting area deciding on my tattoo. But when she came out the look on her face was completely mind changing. She said he was very rude and had a smart mouth, he also didn't make her feel comfortable at all while she was getting her piercings. I refuse to spend my MONEY at a shop where I'm not comfortable. He needs to get his attitude together.

My guy E-Jay was on point knew the sensitive nature I was asking & created a great design. Piercing guy is rude and didn’t even warn me before stabbing the needle straight in my nose causing me to jump because it startled me. I was expecting him to clean my nose before piercing but no. Also I could barely understand the after care results. I had to go to a more professional piercer after a bump formed on my nose. They had to “re-pierce” it due to the ring being at the wrong angle. Cheaper is not always better!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could and I never write reviews but his customer service and professionalism is horrible

WORSE SERVICE EVER! Got offended because I told him I didn't like the chosen placement only to completely miss the newly placed dot! TERRIBLE! Don't go to this place even if it's the LAST resort! Angel was a complete douche and very insanitary! I got a laborer piercing and he didn't even clean the piercing site before piercing it or after! He sped through the after care directions, which were also incorrect! The sink in the room was also filthy!

Went for nose piercing and I must agree with a couple of the reviews as it relates to customer service and instructions for care. I was nervous and undecided on which nostril (my fault) and perhaps his way but Angel was a bit lackadasical about it. He walked out and said I'll be back when you ready. He came back and said you ready and BAM! Then walked out. No you ok? No instructions! I get up, go look in the mirror and walk out to empty shop! He outside chatting it up with some guys. I started toward my car when I realized hell how do I care for it? Will it come out? How long before I can change it? So I walk over to the guys for the info. It would have been nice to see the piercing and get instructions prior to the procedure. I also wanted a tat but after this experience I decided against it. I'd heard he was good also but just didn't move me. And I think the piercing it placed too high but what can you do. Makes it hard to support our own. That's my truth, it wasn't horrible just ok. No issues so far :o)

I got my nipples pierced and my genital area (the Christina) my nipples piercing is fine although my Christina piercings was horrible the bar he pierced with was to small i went back to get fixed of course more pain and the guy was rude! This was 2 months ago and now my Christina piercing done came through the skin and fell out never again

The Hispanic looking guy at the front was extremely rude. I asked him how much a piercing was and he said $20, I then asked him how long it would take and he sarcastically asked what with a very rude tone so I sarcastically replied the piercing and dude literally jumped at me in his seat. Like why are you so angry and you're sitting down all day? I just asked a simple question. Customer service sucks these days he proceeded to yell at me and told me to get out using all type of profanity. I felt very disrespected but I'm glad I didn't spend my money there!

The young lady that greeted me wasn't so bad but she told the tattoo guy name shun or chris to be nice and professional, I didn't know what she meant until I got back in the room. I offered shun suggestions for my tattoo he talked very negative about it. After I got my tattoo I promise he messed It up. He can't draw very well and he has a smart ass mouth. Don't do it at least not her,* I hate to say this but I went to sacred arts in horn lake and they have awesome talent and service. If you are the owner and you are reading this, your own employees are hurting your business.
