I've had a piercing, by seth, not sure if he's still there and a tattoo by Ben Ritchie. I'm very pleased with both experiences. The piercing was excellent, though it slid over the period of two years or so, and it was kinda expected and i don't wear it anymore, but it seemed well done. The tat is amazing. Ben did a superb job with it. Price was more than fair both times. I have heard some negative stuff about the shop, and maybe like any body mod, you should definitely talk to the people and excercise caution, but I've not had any bad experiences at ICON. (btw both seth and ben came highly recommended and I was sure to have them do the work, so that might explain why the service was nice.)

I was pierced with 18g nose ring and once it had healed, I just wanted to change the stud out. Unbeknownst to me, I had chosen and purchased a new 16g stud from Icon that had no business being in my nose. They put it in my piercing anyways without telling me anything about the size difference, and for 3 months I couldn’t figure out why suddenly my piercing seemed to reverse the healing process. I was cleaning it properly, doing everything correctly, yet I was continuously getting bumps around the piercing. Finally, I decided to go to another piercing shop to figure out what was going on. When I showed them my piercing, I was told for the first time that Icon had put a 16g stud in my nose and that’s the reason it wasn’t healing. The guys at the other piercing shop told me 16g jewelry is meant for lip piercings and such and had never seen one in a nostril piercing. They were very concerned and had a difficult time getting the stud that did not belong in anyone’s nose piercing out and putting the correct sized one back in. Hopefully the piercing heals back to where it was before Icon ruined it, and I’m not left with a scar in the middle of my face due to the negligence of a poorly run business.

HORRIBLE. READ MY STORY AND YOU'LL BE HAPPY YOU DIDN'T GO THERE!! If I could choose no rate it with no stars I would. Horrible place!! I got a tattoo there 2months ago.. as I was getting tattood the guy (named Pat) whined about his day to me.. then informed me that he hadn't been tattooing long.. so after healing my tattoo was inconsistent and faded. There were gaps all over and the color was of a tattoo that someone had had for 20 years. I hated it.. so I called and they said I could get a touch up for free.. I got it done. It healed.. spots of color were still missing. So I called. Made an appt. When I went in the first thing he was telling his girlfriend "thank god I didn't get sewed" and he looked at me like he had never seen me before and kept talking to his friends... then informed me when I got his attention and showed him my tat and the issues I had with it " HE MISSED THOSE SPOTS ON PURPOSE" but if I didn't like it that he would do it of I paid him another 100$. Or he could help me with a new tattoo. I said forget it as I was walking out he starting lagging and told his friends "well that worked" all together horrible experience. Now I have a very visible tattoo that I hate and have to go pay someone to fix.. I have a few tattoos from different shops and I've never been treated like this before. All tattoo shops I know have a year free if touch ups. Save your money and go to another shop where they treat people like people and not money.

My special needs daughter got her ears pierced at Icon last week. The staff was very professional. Every step was explained in detail and there was plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. I did feel it was a little more expensive then it should have been and that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. I highly recommend Icon, just call ahead and get specifics on the cost before you go.

My partners and I came in to ask about tattoos and piercings and walked out several hours later pierced, decorated, and extremely happy! This being my first tattoo, I was worried, but the people here were so nice and ready to answer any questions I had and did so much to put my nerves at ease. Icon is a great place to get piercings done (haven't gotten tattoos there). Aaron is who I've seen the few times I've gone in. He's a great guy. He was the one to give me my first two piercings (nose and philtrum/medusa) and made the experience super chill. He seems very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend it!

I didn't ask for a vertical hood but the lady did it anyway & she used the wrong jewelry piece which held bacteria since it was hollow and I have had nothing but problems after it healed! Then she had the audacity to demand a tip and then came outside cussing because it wasn't enough!!!! I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy yet alone go back!!!!!!!!!!

Came in for piercings for my 5 and 7 year old girls after months and months of research of where to go. Aaron our piercer was phenomenal. He answered any and all questions my girls and I had. He was hilarious and really made a connection with the girls. I couldn’t imagine as a mom a better experience getting their ears pierced PROPERLY. Their jewelry is top of the line and affordable. Can’t wait till my other daughters turn 5 to bring them in.

Had such a great experience here! My 15 year old cousin wanted a second piercing in her lobes and I told her I would get a piercing with her. She was nervous but Aaron made her feel so comfortable! He did a great job with her piercings and my helix piercing as well. I can’t say enough good things about Aaron! When it’s time for another piercing I will 100% be calling for him. Also, this place is incredibly clean. I could tell they pride themselves in sanitation and cleanliness and that means a lot to me. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have to say in all honesty it was the best experience ever with a tattoo. I walked in to get my tragus piercing taken out and Aaron did it no problem for no charge at all. Second I asked how much it would be to get my tattoo touched up and because I didn't get it at the shop it was a $75 fee but it was worth it because my tattoo looks a million times better.

Kristina O. is amazing! She pierced my nose for me (my third time having it done) and was so thoughtful about placement in a way the people I’ve gone to before just weren’t. Kristina was awesome, as was the woman working the front desk (I didn’t catch her name — whoops!). The shop was super clean and had a fun feel. As soon as I started noticing camouflaged pictures of Jeff Goldblum on the wall, I knew for sure I chose the right place to get my piercings! Kristina was super helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable! Can’t speak of her highly enough! The prices are a little high compared to other places in the area, but it’s 100% worth it. They really care about what they are doing and are committed to making everyone’s experience there perfect, and their jewelry is top notch. I will absolutely be going back!

I got a septum piercing from them about 2 years ago and out of all the piercings I've had, that one was the only one to not get infected. I cleaned all my other piercings thoroughly everyday however many times a day, didn't touch it, mess with it, anything and still managed to get infected but not my septum. Went in as a walk-in for my third ear piercing with my mom and sister. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was so unbelievably kind and knowledgable. He made my entourage and I comfortable and laughed at all of our stupid jokes and answered all of our questions. The whole process was extremely sanitary and he did an excellent job making suggestions and listening to my concerns. It wasn't cheap, but my piercings are gorgeous, straight and have little to no irritation/swelling. I will definitely be going back to get more piercings from Icon.

Awesome place. I just went and got my sternum (cleavage) piercing. The guy that did it for me was super knowledgeable. The placement I originally wanted was too harmful and he was only going to do what was safe. I was pretty nervous so I know I wasn’t that easy to deal with haha. But he was super patient with me and did a fantastic job! If I want another piercing I’m totally going here!

Everyone was really nice, I just had a not so great result. I got 3 piercings that were put too close together and caused a lot of swelling and an infection. I had to get them taken out a week later because of the pain and the swelling was spreading to my neck and side of my head Not sure why the closeness caused the infection but that’s what I was told when I went by to get them taken out.
