Made an appointment and realized the next day I would be going out of town due to work for a large extended period of time. The cancellation policy reads: "Our Cancellation Policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will lose your deposit, and will need to place another one for future transactions. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $100." I cancelled my appointment 6 days in advance, well past the 48 hours necessary. When I reached out I have been told this deposit is non-refundable. No where in the policy does it state this. Update your policy if you are going to try and state things that aren't in it. Thanks!

From the outside, this looks like any other tattoo shop, but the guys here are my absolute favorite tattoo artists that I have ever been to. Ben has done 3 of my tattoos. He spent a lot of time preparing the design, taking care to get it right and make adjustments for me. His prices were much lower than expected as well, and getting an appointment was easy (no weeks in advance waiting). The line quality was flawless, perfect straight thin black lines. I love my tattoos. THANK YOU!

Wrote an e-mail yesterday evening to check if i can walk in today. Got a reply quite immediately from dan, who told me to give them a call the next day at noon. Called them today, and they said i should come at 1 pm. Went there, being welcomed very friendly. Everthing is clean and professional. Guy, named kenny did the tattoo, really cool dude, friendly, down to earth. Did exactly what i imagined! If i ever come back to nashville, then i would go there again!

I went in on August 10th this year to get my first tattoo with my brother and fiancé. The artist that did my work was Derick. He did a great job of making me feel comfortable and he drew up a sketch of what I wanted in just a few minutes. I was impressed at how quickly and accurately he was able to design the tattoo and adjust it to be the right size for the placement. While actually getting the tattoo, Derrick let me know that I could stop at any time if I was feeling uncomfortable or sick. It didn't hurt as much as I expected and I already started thinking about getting another one! The parlor itself was very clean. Everything was very sanitary and it seems like they care about cleanliness a lot. Derrick always changed into clean gloves after touching anything that wasn't my arm or the tattoo equipment. Now that it's been a few days, my tattoo is healing well and looking great! Derrick did exactly what I wanted and kept it within my price range. The whole experience, from when I walked in to when I left, was about 2 hours. I would highly recommend getting work done here!

Ben does amazing work! Shop was very clean and all the staff were great. Line work is on point! Got simple arrows tat that was essentially nothing but straight lines and I was more than impressed. Highly recommend this shop. Met two young ladies there with their mom getting matching tattoos while we were getting ours, and was so impressed with how helpful the staff was with a mom getting her first tat.

Came to Nashville for a concert + weekend getaway and decided to go ahead and get a tattoo while we were here. Asked around some and Electric Hand was recommended to us. As soon as we walked up I was greeted by Teddy who acted professionally within his team to make sure he didn’t take anyone else’s turn with a walk-in. It was a fairly simple tattoo I wanted so nothing crazy but he sketched it out for me and was extremely helpful on getting it as accurate as possible. After discussing a little while we decided on getting it and I went in to have it done. I definitely have to say that even though Teddy became somewhat frustrated by us (my wife and I) making sure it was absolutely straight as possible on my arm, he was a great employee and was patient with us in making sure we got it right! I’m very pleased with the way everything turned out and even better, Teddy worked with a budget we had and I was very grateful of that. He did an excellent job and we had good conversation almost throughout the entire process. Really cool guy and I highly recommend them if you’re local or just passing through.
