I had Michelle do both my tattoos and a piece of art. She made my experience as a noob really great. Michelle has done tattoos for 3 of my friends and family and they are happy with her as well. The shop does great work with color and design, it's a great shop to visit. If you're looking to get tattooed I can't suggest this shop enoigh.

Each of the artists has specialties that covers all bases including color, black and grey, realistic, traditional, illustration, portraits, and stylized work. No matter what, expect an incredible attention to detail. They'll also do coverups/reworks/touch-ups for that one tattoo you regret or faded away. All of the artists are highly professional and will work with you to get you exactly what you want. No BS, no shortcuts. These are trained, educated artists. They take their work seriously, and want you leaving with something you'll be proud to show off, so plan accordingly!

Michelle, Fredd, and Tom are a great team and produce amazing work with impeccable customer service. They are all incredibly polite, professional, and passionate about their work and each design they create. No flash designs ever, all custom work here. You can really go anywhere to get a tattoo, but if you want art, you go to 1001 Troubles.

Phenomenal tattoo experience. The shop is clean, the artists are remarkably talented (and friendly), and every piece is custom. How does it get any better? Michelle did a tremendous job on my half sleeve. She has a light touch with a tattoo needle and is very sensitive to responding to a canvas' needs. Totally worth traveling 1.5 hours away for four sessions!

This is the best place to get tattoos. The owner's name is Fredd and he is such an amazing guy. I've spent over 50 hours getting tattoos from him, and we have become great friends over the years. He has also began tattooing my Dad, and he is almost finished with his first sleeve. If you need an A1 tattoo, you don't need to search anymore cause this tattoo parlor is for you.

Michelle was my artist, and she was patient, professional, and very pleasant throughout the discussion and revision of my design. My time in the chair was easy and enjoyable, and my experience exceeded all expectations. First time here and I love it. Had to wait quite awhile for my appointment, but it was well worth the wait. When the time finally came I was worried about making my appointment because I was coming from Dallas that day. They were fantastic about giving me some flexibility with the appointment and I didn't have to wait months for a new appointment (or lose my deposit). My tattoo is perfect - Fred did a great job. The place is beyond clean and I was very impressed with their professionalism. I'm very happy and would go back there again in a heartbeat.
