Since my very first tattoo at 18, I have been going to Mike. And now, more years that I would like to admit have gone by, and he is still the only one I trust to do my body art. He has hand-drawing each of my pieces: Mike works with me to transform the concepts in my head into beautiful pieces of art. I will be candid with you, my tattoos (all 8) are small (4" or less), and for the most part can be covered up when need be for work. Mike doesn't care whether I'm coming in to get an entire sleeve, or a 3" design on my foot - he has understood the importance of each and every one of these permanent symbols I placed upon my body and he treated that importance with the utmost professionalism, respect, and diligence. The visible pieces, on my foot, and on the inside of my wrist, I frequently receive compliments. Besides the fact that Mike knows what he's doing and does it better than anyone else ( I think he's been doing it over 25 years, just FYI) he's just an all-around fantastic person. Whether I'm ready for a new tat, or I need an old one touched up, I know that with Mike I'm going to get stimulating conversation from a unique, extremely intelligent and good-hearted person....and, obvi, perfect work!

Got both daith piercings here with Mike. AMAZING GUY! Very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for a tattoo soon.

Mike did a great job on my two friends tattoos this past Monday. He's work has always been great. This is the first time I had the honor of meeting him. He is one of the nicest guys in the industry. Fair price too!!! I was expecting the cost to be higher then it was. In short, if you want good work and a great price stop by mainline tattoo and check em out!!

I went in to get a nose piercing a little while ago and it turned into a diaster. The piercer seemed to have very little knowledge about the piercing when I was asking questions and when he eventually pierced me he put a stud in that was way too small for my nose so it did not even come all the way through my nostril. My skin had healed over it and I had to go to another piercing place and get new jewelry and spend more money on something that should have been taken care of in the first place when he saw that the jewelry was not all the way through. I am never coming back here for another piercing again.

I've been going to Mike @ Main Line tattooing since 1997. Each one of my tats has been done to perfection. Mike takes the time to design your ink to exactly what you want. He's a talented tattoo artist and and overall great guy. I highly recommend him for any kind of ink. Especially if it's your first tat; he's excellent at putting you at ease!

The owner was very friendly and funny. He pierced my ear (daith) and my friends ears. The owner took his time to do the marking and prepping the area. He also gave us instructions to follow for cleaning the piercings.

Had to get my tattoo redone at another shop after having it done here. Line work was bad & had no creative style. Basically looks like it was traced from a google image. Also was made aware tonight, due to my tattoo being done heavy handed from Mike, I now have some scar tissue due to this shop. This was my first tattooso I had no idea of the aftercare process, so after my tattoo was finished I asked about aftercare, and was basically told put this on it tonight and any other questions just look online. Also tried to pay by card, when I was told strictly that cash is preferred. Only had half cash, so the remainder was put on a card. In comparison, the shop I want to to have my tattoo repaired/saved, allowed me to pay by card with no issue, had a consultation with me first, completed my tattoo wonderfully, and then gave me a whole brochure on aftercare. My new artist has redone many of peoples tattoos that were done at Main Line with similar issues. Don't waste your money here, spend a few more dollars and go to a real professional. I am not at all a person to write negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to be in the same boat I was, having to pay more to have your tattoo repaired then the actual tattoo. Find a reputable artist.
