I took my 8 yr old granddaughter to Incognito to get her ears pierced, and from the moment we walked in Pattie was friendly and attentive. She showed Isi lots of earrings and helped her make a choice. We never felt rushed. Pattie explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it and really understood that she was dealing with a very nervous little girl. She made sure that Isi and her mom clearly understood how to care for her ears and showed them how to clean them. Isi loved Pattie and the whole experience. I would definitely go to Incognito again, in fact, my 4 yr old granddaughter can't wait to get her ears pierced by Pattie when she's old enough!

There staff is very friendly, but their nose ring jewelry gets stuck in your nose. i would recommend getting a piercing there just not buying a hoop.

Erikka has been my go-to artist for six years but every artist in this shop is incredible. The piercers are amazing as well and anyone who is manning the desk has always been super approachable and helpful while maintaining diligence. The aesthetic is GORGEOUS and everything is always sanitary and organized. The bathroom has entertaining images on the walls and the music choice in the shop is usually fantastic. Everything for sale up front is great quality and well worth the prices (I.e. body jewelry, clothes, accessories, etc.) I definitely recommend this shop to literally everyone.

Hands down Erikka is one of the best artist around. If you are looking for a tattoo saturated with color she's definitely worth looking into. She drew all three of my designs from scratch and she nailed them perfect!

I can't say enough about how wonderful my first experience getting a tattoo was today. They were so kind and helpful and super professional. I don't know what I was expecting, but this place was so clean and beautiful and I was immediately at ease. Eli was my artist and he took my kind-of-lame idea and turned it into something beautiful and more what I wanted than what I knew. Just had my first tatt in a few years done. We just moved to the area and knew I needed some work fixed. I am so glad I stopped. Love the place. so neat and clean. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful. And Thomas was so kind to this wimpy lady who was chicken! He very kindly talked me through everything. I wanted a memorial to my dad and had no clue which way to go. I still need to have one tatt fixed which he came up with a plan. He was so kind when I wimped out after the memorial tatt and we worked out a plan for me to come back. It was kind of tough to get the memorial tatt-I just lost my dad-but Thomas mad it easy! I was so impressed with this tattoo shop. I have been to several in the area and this is hands down my new favorite. The shop was clean and beautifully designed/decorated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had Eli as my tattoo artist, he was very nice and professional. I originally had a different design in mind but due to the placement I wanted, Eli came up with a more simplified and unique style. I ended up loving it more than what I had originally wanted! I will definitely be returning!

This is a long overdue review. I have gone to Incognito multiple times for new ink and I have had a great experience every time. The people are awesome and the shop is professional and clean. The artist are great and really know how to custom tailor a tattoo piece to fit the client from the style & body positioning to the experience they provide artistically. Great place to go if you're just getting your first tattoo or if you have many!

Very clean, well managed and a great atmosphere. Valerie helped us out and seen to my daughter's ear piercings. Even checked with a taper first and saved us some cash since the previous piercing holes were still open. Will definately be going back after the new year for some things I would like done. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I got a piercing by Patty yesterday. She quoted me a price at the counter. I asked her how much extra it would be to change another earring for me and she said no extra. Once everything was done she charged me $74 dollars more than quoted price. I called later for the manager to get me my money back, (not all just the extra charge) she was rude and wouldn't do anything but defend her employees mistake. I work in this type of industry and I know you can't charge someone for something without letting them know and refuse their money back when asked.
