Walked in and was immediately welcomed, getting answers and info. Made me feel comfortable right away with the place. Very clean, very patient artists. Ron did my dermals for me. Answered all my questions, explained the pros and cons of different placements. Even placed them where I wanted even though he didn't recommend it. He Told me everything that he was going To do, and everything about aftercare very clearly. He was very nice, and funny yet very serious about the dermals. Didn't sugar coat anything. I left with the piercings I wanted where I wanted, and the thought that wow I just got treated better then any dr would have treated me ( details, answers, kindness, and patients) very pleased with it all. from walking in, to leaving!!!!! I had went in to talk to the artist Dust a few days ago to get a tattoo. He was very flexible with my work schedule and came in earlier than his time frame to work with me on my tattoo. He’s very busy (as you can see with his incredible talent), however he got me in within 3 days! He was very relaxing and helped me calm down during my little anxiety feels. He talked to me throughout the whole tattoo and made me laugh throughout the entire tattoo. Everyone who was there was incredibly respectful and created great conversations. The atmosphere of the entire place was positive and very comfortable. Within my tattoo process I was unsure of size and placement and Dust was awesome and helped me in every way possible and gave me his opinions and suggestions. I will absolutely be referring people to Dust and to Drop of Ink in general. Incredibly satisfied to say the least!

Today was my third experience at Drop of ink. First time was for piercings with a few of my friends, Dust pierced us all, he was very up front and honest about the piercings we initially wanted telling us certain things that would or won’t work for our ears. After having such a good experience with Dust for our piercings I did some research and decided to get a tattoo with Dust! The whole time dust was talking to me, joking around making the experience a bit less painful. My tattoo looks amazing and I had a fantastic time during my appointment. Today I went back for another tattoo and had another amazing experience. Everyone in the shop is great, the environment is just what you would want when getting a tattoo or piercing. I will go back to Dust for all tattoos from now on! Oh and the shop is SUPER clean too. #WetPaperBag

Jamie was amazingly patient with our entire family. We visited "home" from NC over thanksgiving break and scheduled a butterfly behind my daughters ear and a grouping of hummingbird on my forearm. My family highly recommended drop of ink and the correspondence and professionalism were evident from 1st contact through the entire exp. During dessert the family discouraged the initial design and JAMIE was amazing, he texted me all morning before our scheduled appt. He offered reassurance in her changing to the fam tat. My husband baby brother and myself share. It was modified to compliment her beautiful runners frame, it looks elegant and she is modest and proud of her ink. I was having a ton of problems removing jewelry. The piercing was stuck and after a year and a half of trying to take it off myself, I finally sought out professional help. Everyone in the shop was friendly and happy to help. Took a few attempts to get the jewelry loose but everyone was gentle and talked through what they were doing the entire time. Service was exceptional, studio and practice were clean and efficient, and I am extremely happy with the results!

I went into the shop as a walk-in yesterday to get my nostril hoop switched out to something a little smaller. Glenn explained that they didn’t have any of the correct hoop in stock, but he kindly gave me his business card and told me he would pick one up from the supply store on the way into the shop the next day. After communicating with Glenn via text the next morning, I went into the shop and he took care of me right away. He was thorough, made me feel very comfortable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the jewelry changed correctly and safely! The shop has an awesome vibe to it while still being extremely clean, and the staff was very polite both days I went in. I seriously couldn't be more excited and in love with my tattoo! I'd wanted it for years, but something had been missing in the tat that I couldn't put my finger on. I'd moved out here from Philly and didn't want to travel back for a tattoo so I started browsing local artists on FB. I saw Fagan Quinn's work and I realized his style of art had whatever it was I was looking for! I consulted with him, he re-worked the music note and cross into something I loved even more (he put his flair in it) and then I trusted him to just do the water color, colors and all, my only restriction being that it was bright/vibrant as opposed to dark and moody. I couldn't be more impressed or in love with this piece! It came out better than I ever could have imagined! Thank you so much!! I got it for my hero, my father, and seriously couldn't be more happy with Fagan's work! When I first walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and for my three previous tats, I never had that experience so I was impressed with that first and foremost! It's a friendly/family like atmosphere. Fagan listened to me and had a lot of expertise and knowledge to share in regards to my tattoo. And I couldn't be happier with my tattoo or my experience here!

As they had a cancellation on that day, they asked if we wanted to get the tattoo done on the same day itself. We decided to get it done and it is one of the best decisions of our lives. Our tattoo artists were Steve and Kyle. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
