I got my lip and tongue pierced here at two separate times. Both experiences were wonderful. The staff was professional and seemed to know what they were doing. Both piercings came out well, it was super quick for a reasonable price. I think I spent about $40 each for both I'd recommend them for their piercings

Got my ears pierced for the first time. So I did all my research and chose this place. I'm really glad I did. When I got there I only had a 10 minute wait. Then when it was time to get them done he was very patient and skilled. I highly recommend going there. It's only $5 per ear piercing.

Currently waiting in this “fine” establishment, 40 mins waiting so far and no one has approached us or asked what services we would like to get. I walked in at 11:00PM and and it is now 11:47PM. As you can their timing is off, very unprofessional, and it appears that there is only one tattoo artist. I heard good reviews from this place but so far this is by far the worst service I’ve received. I do not recommend.

Very disappointing. My 2 older brothers and I were going to get tattoos while they were in town for Thanksgiving. I had called prior and made my appt and described the tattoos we were getting. When we arrived, not only did he forget all three of us were getting tattood but he also forgot the tattoos we were getting so we described them to him once again. Then a 15 min wait turned into an hour and a half wait time. The tattoo artist then disappeared into the back and didn't come out. There was no apology, updates or anything. Like I said my brothers and I wanted to share in the experience of getting tattoos together since we all live in different cities but didn't get to because of this unprofessionalism.

I recently visited the shop with my daughter on the 2 yr anniversary of my mothers passing. My daughter wanted to get something special to honor my mother(her Nana)she picked something she'd found online. Eli wanted to tweak it a little so she something original. What he did was so much more beautiful than the one she'd originally choose. He took his time, put a lot of effort & it truly felt like he was tattooing her with love & compassion. It was a very emotional thing for my daughter & I & he made even more special with his words of encouragement & empathy. It's her 1st tattoo & he kept telling her how great she was doing & that he was proud of her. She was scared & he made her calm & comfortable. It was so nice to sit & talk while he tattooed the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. He was able to take my mothers actual handwriting & put it on her. For her & I both to be able to look at that & see her actual handwriting is going to comfort us for many years to come. I plan on going back to get my own tattoo to honor & remember my mom. I hope you are able to read this Eli(& also the woman who was there also...I can't remember her name)you both wer very encouraging & kind. I can't wait to go back. We drove from Buffalo NY & I can honestly say I would gladly make that drive again. I'd drive 6 hrs if I had to. Again thank you both for making that experience so special for us.
