I would love to rate this much higher but I unfortunately can't. After getting my first ever tattoo that had a strong personal meaning, the artist made a mistake on my tattoo by not paying close attention to the details I specifically described. Everyone there was really nice but didn't seem to care too much about their customers specifications in the tattoo. It felt rushed and careless. This resulted in an major error in my tattoo that is permanent on my body. I had to go back the following day to get the mistake "fixed" but now the one pedal on my tattoo is much lighter than the rest. My tat looks like I got it years prior when in reality I got it one month ago. The lines are uneven and the ink is very faded. The artist addressed the initial mistake when I went back the next day, however I still have to go to another artist in my local area to get it "touched up" even though I paid for it very recently. Again, genuine people there however I felt inclined to write this because American Tattoo artists should really treat EVERY customer like it's their first one. Their work is permanent and most tattoos are very meaningful so all I ask is that she would've put more care and been more cautious about my tattoo because now I have to fix it.

I came in to get my tongue piercing changed because the guy who pierced it messed up so bad, he took it out for me because it was so bad. Anthony is very nice and I will definetly be going back to get my tongue repierced in a month and will continue to get them done there.
