I’m from out of town and I had my first session of my first full sleeve with Nick yesterday and WOW!! I was not expecting the work to be so amazing. Most of the first session he free handed what I wanted in my tattoo. The detail is beyond what I had imagined. I can’t wait to see how the rest of my sleeve turns out. I highly recommend booking with nick he will not disappoint. No matter where I’m living I will be coming back to this shop to have nick as my artist. Thank you for the amazing work.

Called a month prior to make my daughters appointment for naval piercing . They called 3 days before to reschedule because their piercer wouldn’t be in till the evening . That was fine . Got there and they asked for my drivers license , her birth certificate , and her school is or drivers license .. this information would have been helpful to know prior to getting there besides the fact that I’m her mother and i was with her and giving permission . True disappointment to my daughter and even more disappointed that they didn’t offer to reschedule because of their ignorance.

I called 3 different times, on 3 different days just to try and set up an appointment and each time I was passed off to someone else and told someone would get back to me and no one did. There were multiple times I’d call and no one would answer. I called a different shop, they set me up with someone and we coordinated immediately to get the tattoo done less than 24 hours later.

Very upset that I couldn't book an appointment with my tattooist. We were told Emliy's schedule was close. Probably the soonest would be mid Nov. Unfortunately you lost a customer to another tattooist. A week wait is reasonable but 2 months is not.

This place is absolutely amazing with incredible customer service I love it❤️I recently got my septum done at another place and they told me everything wrong so after hearing good reviews about here I decided to call and ask how to take care of it. The lady I spoke with gave me great advice and was super nice. Never going anywhere else to get my piercings or piercing products the people here are clean and very respectful/friendly unlike so many others

Gep is fantastic. Had 2 dermal piercings several weeks ago. No issues with placement or healing so far and would definitely recommend. Shop is clean, inviting and staff knowledgeable. Planning on returning for more work!

I had my nostril pierced today by Gep. The process itself didn’t hurt much, and 7 hours later it isn’t swollen, red, or irritated. I asked multiple people what to expect with a nostril piercing, and none of them described it as this breezy. Gep is also very helpful- he coached me through the entire process. My husband and I had only been to the Harrisburg 717 location before this, but there’s definitely a conisistent quality of work between the locations. We’ve only had good experiences, so I’d recommend 717 to anyone in the area.

This is one of the best tattoo studios around, it was very clean, the ppl was very nice and welling to answer any questions that I had. This Saturday will by second time getting a tattoo from my man dust. He did such a good job last time with me and my wife that now all four (me my wife, and two friends) will all be getting tattoo's. I've had work done by Emily, both session work for a large side piece and a smaller piece done with my mom for her birthday as mother-daughter tattoos. (Need to get back in and get more work done, but life has a way of intervening. Harumph!) I've had work done in different shops from PA to CA. But I've made 717 my go-to b/c it's always a great experience; shop is clean and the staff is laid back, honest, and knowledgeable which are some of the most important qualities in ANY business, but especially in this line of business where you spend sometimes multiple hours with the person providing your service. I've been MORE than satisfied with the work I've received; Emily is awesome and has been more than willing to provide her feedback on my choices when asked and works with me to achieve what I'm looking for. She's so creative and talented. Been a client since 2013 and looking forward to my next visit!

Skelly has been my one and only piercer for years. She is always so professional and will truly help you achieve the look you want. I have to be able to use a stethoscope for my job and Skelly always carefully helps me acquire my desired look while keeping it practical.
