Absolutely wonderful experience! I've gotten two piercings here, belly button and helix, one by Jared and one by Kenny. The atmosphere is so relaxed and casual, and everyone is friendly and conversational. They're so welcoming, and regulars get treated like family. The procedures themselves are very professional. The shop is beautifully decorated as well. I'll probably never go anywhere else for piercings

I went in to have my PA done and the professional atmosphere was awesome. I had two people join in to help further their experience. I loved how light the mood was. I will never get pierced anywhere else. Dude was amazing. If you go anywhere else, you will be paying too much for inferior work.

These guys are incredible. Funny, down to earth, super chill atmosphere. I felt so comfortable the whole time I was there. The artwork was also incredibly well done. I cried through most of my appointment since it was a memorial tattoo. Chris was so gracious about that and did amazing on the portrait of my girl. Highly recommend these guys for any work.

I have nothing but good things to say about Area 51. I went here for my 1st tattoo and things were awesome then. This time I came back but for a more intricate design than my last piece I got. So I decided to do a water colored tattoo on my forearm this time around. Kyler did fantastic and I am loving the Harry Potter piece a lot! I had looked around at other shops in Eugene/Springfield from coworker and friend suggestions but nothing beats this place. I'll never go anywhere else but here. If you want a tattoo this will be the place you will want to go!

Jared is awesome! He’s an extremely experienced piercer and now my go to guy. I was so nervous because I’d never been pierced with anything except a piercing gun. He did my conch so fast and pretty pain free. It was perfectly placed and everything was so clean. He also has a great selection of jewelry and amazing prices.

I did my research on prices and this place is cheapest by far. Everyone was really nice. And got 6 piercings and didn't really feel a thing. They talked to me while I was there because I was nervouse about getting so many at once. But it was comforting to say the least. So I rate that high because without I prolly would have chickened. I do recommend this plave to other people. I will be going back.

I've gotten my ears pierced 3 times. Only two were in conscious memory-one I passed out and the other I got a Capri Sun-I bet you can guess which one I liked more. The first time it was a really new experience so I didn't know what to expect but yesterday I realized how bad my first experience was compared to Area 51. Area 51 made me feel comfortable, talked to me and made me laugh. I was able to pick my new earrings one by one (3 total) and I love them (they're a little pricey but I wasn't paying so what can I say). Although the piercings hurt, Kenneth talked to me and didn't rush me through it so I felt a lot better. Between the 1st and 2nd one I asked for a bit more time to catch my breath and he did. After it all I sat up and told him I felt light headed and he gave me Capri Sun and I felt infinitely better. It's been over 12 hours, my new tragus doesn't even hurt and I can't stop bragging to my friends about how happy I am with the piercing and the experience :)

We took our 5 year old to have her ears pierced today and the whole experience was wonderful. As always everyone was sweet and professional. They put on Minions for our 2 year old while we waited, which was awesome. Plus hot cookies from Katie. The cleanliness and professionalism is a 10 out of 10! Multiple gloves changes between touching different items and everything was sterilized in front of us. I feel very safe in saying if you or your children want a piercing this is the way to go!
