Extremely rude, staff. Walked in today excited with my daughter who wanted a tattoo for her 20th bday and the lady was extremely rude without reason. I turned to my daughter and started let's go somewhere else she is being rude she started mocking my youngest child who is 10. She bent down looking at a stuffed animal that was on the floor. The place looks extremely unprofessional and we were still going to give it a try until the immature rudeness happened from us just walking in. Maybe they were having a bad days who knows but it is still bad customer service.

Samantha is very unprofessional! I had an appointment, she cancelled on me, rescheduled me the next day. Went to find her door locked so I knocked and knocked for almost an hour but she supposedly said thefy didn't hear me. Called and texted her but apparently she couldn't answer since she was doing another tattoo. She should have been expecting me...but she forgot about me. She finally realized that I was there and opened the door for her to say you should have knocked, I told her I was and have been for about an hour. I felt she didn't believe me or didn't care. If she would have apologized, I would have been fine. But she didn’t. Just felt unwanted.
