I came in Tuesday night for their free piercing day and I felt very well taken care of! There were a ton of people there but as soon as I was spotted someone came over to assist me and get me started on paperwork. Sosa was my piercer and he was very friendly! He got my industrial piercing done quickly and cleanly. I got a standard titanium bar and only ended up paying around $36 total for the piercing and a bottle of aftercare spray! Plus they gave me a pamphlet that told me everything I needed to know about taking care of my new piercing. Couldn't be happier!

The piercer made my daughter feel comfortable by explaining the procedure before hand and walking her thru the procedure as well. Very clean, sterile environment and procedure. The establishment itself is clean and has an eclectic display or jewelry and art. Highly recommend!

Finding a great Tattoo place and artist is very hard, with that being said i found Evolved and figured i would give it a try. Darius was my artist and i am very happy with my piece. This piece was very important to me and Darius gave me his opinions to make it better but still incorporated the main aspects i wanted and the price was exactly what i was expecting. Darius was very nice and very clean and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The whole place and staff are welcoming and awesome here. My husband and I will definitely return soon and i believe we found our place we will be sticking with for future tattoos and piercings. Thank you all so much.

I accompanied a friend getting her 3rd tattoo there. The artist was skilled, professional, thorough... and very cool. He created a stencil based on an idea she had, and when it was finished it was awesome. He even had a new healing process using a clear antibacterial seal that healed more quickly than traditional tattoo bandages. Highly recommend.

I went with my girlfriend to get her nose pierced with a small hoop. Our first experience was great! Staff was polite, shop was clean, and her piercer was great. After about a month and a half, her nose wasn’t healing like it should. This is in no way due to Evolved. She ended up deciding it was time to just take it out. We walked in and were greeted just like last time. The front desk employee advised she would get us back ASAP to remove the nose piercing. About an hour and a half goes by, and we start to see people who came in after us getting called back. We ask if they can tell us how much longer it will be. Apparently since she was only getting a piercing removed they didn’t have her on the list. Finally we get called back. The employee who removed it was very nice. It took him literally 5 seconds to remove and have us on our way. I was definitely looking to get some more tattoos added but this visit has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

I went in to have a new nose ring inserted, after a week of having it out. I had to take it out due to MRIs and an inpatient stay. I am on crutches still (should’ve used a wheelchair); but super easy to get in as a disabled person. Very friendly staff who quickly helped me and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. The piercer was fantastic - super quick, very clean. It’s where I go for my ink & piercing needs. Highly recommend!! Thanks for the professionalism

Katrina did a scar cover up for me that was amazing. She was very professional and courteous. Used clean and sterilized equipment and fabulous ink. I have received several “Wow” comments from those who have seen it. Highly recommend her as an artist especially if you need scar cover up. Her pricing is well worth the money as well as the wait. She does free touch ups if you follow her after care instructions to the letter. She came recommended on a Facebook group and I now see why. Highly recommend and if I ever would want OR need another tattoo she is the only person I would see.

Megon and Jess were so great! I went in on a Tuesday so it was a little busy (they do free piercing Tuesdays with purchase of jewelry, very dope). But my experience was worth every second of my wait. First of all, the shop is immaculate and EVERYONE I came in contact with was extremely nice! Jess checked me in and helped me decide on jewelry. She was a wealth of knowledge and helped me understand what would be best for me! Megon was my piercer and she is wonderful. She not only educated me and talked me through every single step, she made me feel comfortable too! She also has a pretty sweet Pandora station lol 15/10 would recommend!

I came into this shop for the first time recently. My tattoo artist moved out of state so I was looking for somewhere new to get some ink. The people that greeted me were very nice and helpful. The artist I got was NOT. By the time I even got my stencil put on I was ready to walk out. She was extremely RUDE and had a terrible attitude. I have over 50 tattoos, and I have NEVER been so poorly treated and made so uncomfortable at a tattoo shop in my life. I'm sure there are some people that work here that aren't as bad, but because of my first experience here I will never come back. I will take my money elsewhere. For someone to be so rude to people that basically write your pay checks is unbelievable. I wrote to shop to let them know about this, and there was no response. So much for being professional. I would never recommend going here. Go somewhere that people are going to appreciate your business!!!

This is my favorite tattoo/piercing shop (and I've gotten tattooed at a different place for each of my 9 tattoos). I got a piercing here yesterday for the first time, and Clair really helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. When Sosa actually did the piercing, it was incredibly quick and painless. Plus Sosa made the earring I decided on (he's a goldsmith, and the gold was recycled locally, so that was SUPER cool). They also have some great deals throughout the week, so I'll definitely be going back. I've also gotten a tattoo here, and Gio was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend! On top of fantastic service and artists, they're also super considerate. It's the first shop that ever asked what name I prefer or what pronouns I use. And they have events I can really get behind, like the suicide prevention/mental health awareness event they had back in May. It's really a great place.

I really liked the shop and the people were great with a nice atmosphere. Not happy with the tattoo work that we had done though. My wife and I had matching Celtic ring tatts done and the line work is pretty bad. I thought the price was a little high for such a small tattoo but agreed to it, but really over priced for the lack of quality. We paid and went on as we're not ones to create a scene, not to mention there is not much you can do after the job is done. Not happy customers.

I went to Evolved for my first tattoo and selected Gio based off of his portfolio. I really like his style and he is definitely super talented, but I felt like he was distracted by his management duties and lost interest in my piece quickly. I know that he prefers to do smaller pieces and he did spend a lot of time with me, but I felt like at the end he was rushed and a part of me wishes that he would have been more honest with me if he didn't really want to do a larger piece. As much as I really do love my tattoo, I feel like it is not finished and parts of it look a little sloppy. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly and Gio was accommodating to me in having to do two sessions. I will eventually get this tattoo touched up, but I'm not sure that I will return to Evolved to do so.

My husband and I both went and got tattoos. The staff was super friendly. The guy that did my husbands tattoo, we think over charved for what he got. They decided on a design then he did the outline and stopped and taped him up. My husband said something and he took off the tape and finished. He Then charged him double what they discussed in the beginning. The design he had printed was a full fill in. The guy that did my tattoo did an amazing job!! He was very fair on his pricing and I am so happy with the work he did. It looks AMAZING!!

Evolved is def a superior ink experience! The place is large, bright, clean. Katrina was my artist and I could not be happier. We first had a consultation before booking my appointment. She stayed in contact, followed up the week of my appointment to confirm. The waiting area was completely full of customers when I arrived but I was seen promptly on time. I love that Katrina even took the time to show me the needle, which was still sealed, and assured me it would be properly disposed of after the one use - not something done at my two previous tattoo experiences with different shops. She worked efficiently and completed the art within the original timeframe as quoted, which I appreciated from a budget viewpoint. I was clear with her about wanting small detail work and showed examples, and she delivered exactly what I hoped for. I enjoyed watching her creative process as she mapped out the design in front of me on an iPad, allowing me to select my font etc. I had the work done just two days ago and it is still covered by the clear breathable bandage, and I am absolutely amazed. There is no tenderness, no oozing, no bleeding, no warmth, no itching. I am confident when I remove the bandage in a few more days, it will be fully healed. I’m already looking forward to my next session with this skilled and talented artist, already booked!

I went for a nose piercing on Tuesday to take advantage of their “buy jewelry, get the piercing free” deal. Although it was crowded, I still felt like the employees made time to talk me through what I wanted and any concerns I had. They recommended the perfect jewelry for me and my roommate and after a bit of a wait we got pierced together by Sosa. He was very kind and professional. He informed us of what kind of pain and pressure to expect so we weren’t caught off guard by the experience. I will definitely return for an future piercings or tattoos!!

If anyone is looking to get their first tattoo Travis was the best! He was so friendly and made the experience comfortable and pleasant. I came with my sister and my mother and I had Travis and they did not. They had Giovanni and he was actually rude and made for a very uncomfortable first experience. I would NOT recommend him as an artist or as a person. When it came time to pay we regretfully tipped him.

If you’re getting a piercing it’s a great place to go! However if you want a tattoo just forget it. I drove over an hour to go in for a scheduled tattoo but due to “miscommunication” I wasn’t even scheduled. It’s ridiculous that I chose these people over all the others because they were recommended as “professional” but that is hardly the case.

This place is amazing! The facility itself is clean and open and so friendly. Everyone seems happy to be working there. Large, comfortable waiting area. An enormous glass case containing all of the piercings and fittings (not sure what they’re called ;)). Gio did my tattoo. He is an incredible artist. Very patient and knowledgeable. He draws the tattoo directly on the skin to get an idea of the size and dimensions. His fine line work was exactly what I wanted. The other artists there at the time were also incredibly kind and relaxed. I would 100% recommend Evolved Body Art to anyone looking for top of the line tattoos and/or piercings. Thank you Gio and staff!

I am mostly happy with my tattoo experience. I felt that there was a lack of communication between my tattoo artist and I, which lead to my tattoo being slightly different than I had hoped. Otherwise, the staff is beyond friendly, clean and experienced!

I went for a walk in with Gio and he was great, I got exactly what I had in mind and he got it done quickly and carefully, and his line work was extraordinary. He was great, and so were the girls working the front. The facility was very clean and felt safe and comfortable. I’d recommend Evolved to anyone, and that goes for this location and the location on High Street by OSU. It was an awesome experience.

Walked in for a piercing & saw it was pretty busy. I was helped within 5 minutes of arriving and they answered all of my annoying questions. My wait was pretty small compared to what I expected. Maybe 15 minutes. I was in and out of the room within 5 minutes. Jared was super quick and the process was pretty painless. The guy knows his stuff! I’m very pleased with my new piercing!

The guy, Isaiah that did my tattoo was very nice and talkative and checked how I was feeling and made sure everything was perfect. Went in to have new earrings (fixed bead hoops) put in for my 6-year-old. It was the most wonderful experience. I felt really welcomed, the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly, they were all GREAT with my daughter, and super quick! The shop was clean and clearly well-run, and the selection of jewelry was extensive. Having grown up in piercing and tattoo shops, since I was little, when I moved to Columbus, I have since struggled to find a shop that I appreciated and enjoyed and trusted. I have had some very unpleasant experiences elsewhere, and felt spoken down to and dismissed in other shops. I felt NOTHING of the sort at Evolved! I’ll not be going anywhere else!!
