Got my nose pierced today. Kelly explained exactly how she was going to do the procedure and how it would be different from the piercing I had done several years ago, but had to let it go due to work requirements. It was (almost) pain free and very quick. I would highly recommend her. The shop was very clean and had a good vibe!

Alicia pierced my nose for me and i loved her!!! she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. she waited till i said i was ready to actually pierce it. she walked me through the after care, making sure i knew all the tools were clean and sterile, and what she was doing at all times. seriously an amazing person. she seems like a sick dog trainer too.

Our daughter had been asking for about a year to get her ears pierced after looking at reviews and calling we brought her here and she did great on the first ear but was scared for the second one. Josh was amazing he put on music that she liked found a show on his phone for her to watch and helped us negotiate getting the second ear done

I had contacted Eric for a cover-up tattoo, He had me come into review the area I was getting covered up and within two weeks I was in there for my first session. 4 sessions later I have a awesome tattoo that was done professionally. Start to finish Eric and his staff were outstanding from customer service and cleanliness of shop from beginning to end they set the bar high and delivered. If you are looking for a top notch tattoo I would highly recommend American ultra Tattoo!

Kelly did my piercings. She covered everything I needed to know especially since this was a spur of the moment thing for me (nipples) haha. I felt very comfortable the whole time. And she also fixed my tragus piercing from another shop that messed my ear up! She was so good to me. Everyone was friendly and clean. You can tell they’re good people that care about doing their job well. I’ll only use this place from now on !

After having a bad experience at different shop Josh took time to look at the pericing and give his very professional opinion on it. A couple weeks later I went back to get my tragus pierced with a friend. Josh was amazing and the most educated piercer I have been to yet. The pericing has given me no problems since having it done and using the healing methods that were recommended. I would most definitely go back.

My 10 year old daughter wanted her ears re-pierced after having them done as a baby and the holes closing. We researched and went with Josh at American Ultra Tattoo in Strongsville. He did an amazing job! He was patient, gentle, explained everything, and even put on music my daughter picked. We definitely recommend him for piercing!!

Went here to get my nose pierced for $55 with the jewelry. Process and piercing was good however they used extremely cheap jewelry!!! My nose ended up getting infected from it and the stud that they used turned black on the actual stud. I would not recommend getting pierced here. There is now going to be a permanent black spot on my nose because they used cheap jewelry. Please consider going elsewhere before going here.

Very welcoming and intimate environment. The playlist was bomb too lol. Kelly, my piercer, was very sweet, energetic, and friendly. Adored her. While she helped me choose a piercing I love, I do wish she did a better job at providing breathing excercises because this daith piercing was pretty brutal. But overall, great experience and I'll be back for more!!!!
