This place is top notch! I love getting tattoos when I travel. I do my research prior to scheduling an appointment; these guys exceeded my expectations. Professional staff and a clean facility. Josh did my tattoo, freehand I might add, and it's absolutely amazing!! I was there for 5 hours and got to see several of the other artists work. Was looking forward to being tatted by convicted and got the most rude service by (Josh) and the female owner when I asked to be tattooed by Sam. I would suggest Bad Cat or Black Hills Tattoo! Also paid the $40 deposit and the shop would not give me a new artist! Spend a free $40 wisely! Such a joke!

I'm from Chicago and found this hidden Gem. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was what I was looking for. Juan greeted me and I immediately picked up on the positive energy unlike most other tattoo parlors. I presented my idea to Juan and he was juat as excited about it as I was. I was on a tight schedule and Juan was generous enough to schedule me on his day off, with an awesome Military Discount as well! The session was awesome and the finished product even better! Very satisfied with my experience here and would definitely recommend it

I tend to be wary about going to a new tattoo shop but when my wife found Convicted Designs we decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed. Everyone at the shop was very courteous and professional while still keeping an atmosphere that keeps you wanting to go back. AJ worked on mine and Blue worked on my wife and we can say that both are not only great tattoo artists but they also excel in their bedside manner. Samson was inviting and friendly as well. Messed up a basic black and white plant tattoo. Inconsistent lines (not straight/varying width) and ALL detail was lost in smaller portions. Also my session was continuously interrupted by phone calls since there was only one person in the shop. As much as I would like to go back and get it fixed I think I am better off looking for another shop to do a cover up...

I loved this place. Got my first tattoo here. Came to South Dakota on MEA vacation and its legal to get a tattoo in SD at 16 with parental permission. We called around to a few shops to hopefully get a tattoo done and these guys were the only ones avalible. Sam (the owner) stayed late to fit me into his schedule, which was awesome as we were only in town for three days. Thanks so much!
