Went regarding the fact that my piercing was done wrong in the first place, and ended up with full rejection of my navel piercing and was met with a "not our problem" attitude, very unprofessional on the managers part, and never actually came out from behind a wall to talk to me, just yelled expecting me to hear him. It was a waste of money, waste of my time caring for my piercing twice a day to keep it clean and help it heal, just to end up with full rejection two months later, had the piercing been placed correctly, I would have had less of a chance of rejection, never going back

Got my tattoo here four years ago when it went by a different name but the same artist still works here. Jerald Told me when I got my sleeve done that “his black does not fade” and at the time I figured it was probably just big talk, ink is ink right? Four years later it still looks new. Looks fantastic and I’ve been able to look at my arm everyday for years and feel good about his work. I get a compliment on it almost daily. Could not recommend Jerald more.
