Got both of my tattoos here! I had two different artists and I can't remember their names but I know they're all amazing! The first was of my dog and it's such an amazing, detailed tattoo. It was my very first ever and I was so scared it would hurt but the only part that was kinda bad was the shading. It's so perfect. The art is so amazing and some of my friends asked if it was even real. My other was lettering, which I was told wouldn't hold up very well but it's still looking amazing! Into the piercing part. I got my industrial pierced here and while it hurt like heck, it healed nicely and they were so professional. Lastly, I got my septum pierced at a different tattoo shop, but they didn't use a wide enough ring for me to flip it up for work. I called Ink Therapy and they offered to widen it, for free! I was definitely expecting to pay at least something for that so it was a nice surprise. While the woman was fixing it up, she noticed they had pierced my cartilage and gave me extra pointers on how to keep it clean and make the healing process a little less awful. This was awesome because the other shop didn't really tell me much. If anyone at all is wanting any kind of piercing or tattoo, I strongly recommend here!

Came here for a nose piercing and the employee gave me a nose piercing that was too small and I had alot of complications because it was too small and had to take it out. A waste of $30.

We took our 9 year old to have her ears re-pierced. She had issues after having had them done at a local youth jewelry store and had to wait several years to have them re-done. Michelle was kind, patient, professional, and most importantly competent. She made our daughter comfortable and put her at ease with the process. She paid extra care to avoid the part of her ear lobe that was damaged by the previous piercing. While it’s a simple process we really appreciated how much care she put into it.

I don’t write reviews on here but everyone needs to hear this. The piercer lady (I don’t know her name but I wish I did) is EXCELLENT! About 4 or 5 days ago I went in for a conch piercing it was STUNNING. The piercer was funny and absolutely fantastic just in general. My conch swelled up and I was in a lot of pain. (This had nothing to do with the way it was pierced or what it was pierced with I think it was due to the fact my hair kept getting stuck in the piercing and my boyfriend kept forgetting it was there and kept accidentally touching it). I called at 11:41 AM and asked what I could do to stop the pain. The guy on the phone told me the piercer wasn’t there because today was her day off and just to apply ice and take pain relief medicine and she would be back tomorrow and she could help me. I’m sure he heard me crying or something on the phone and felt bad so maybe he called her or something and gave her my number (which I very much appreciate) and she called me 5 minutes later, yes literally 5 minutes! And told me she was already in Hickory and it would be no problem to meet her up there, ON HER DAY OFF. Which she most certainly did not have to do. The piercing hurt being removed but she did it as gently as possible (free of charge). She also, gave me a card to come back for another $40 piercing because this one did not work out. I’ve never had such wonderful service and I cannot put into words how appreciative I am for her! Especially because I was probably annoying the hell out of her being such a cry baby

I went in on my 18th birthday to get my nose pierced (my first piercing). The woman who did it (Michelle) was awesome. Very personable and funny while also being very professional. I haven’t gotten a piercing from anywhere else simply because I trust that Michelle is going to take her time to make sure it comes out nice and is wonderful about not making you nervous while on the chair. That was a few months ago and now I have 9 piercings because sometimes I just like going in and talking to her

I got my cartilage piercing there about a month in a half ago, I waited to write to review to make sure it didn’t get infected or anything, and so far so good other than the fact that I can’t seem to get the earring unscrewed but honestly I don’t think that has anything to do with them but with me. They made it as quick and painless as possible and were very friendly, definitely recommended.

They have a very friendly staff! I went there to pierce my lip the other day and everyone was very helpful and kind. The guy that pierced me, (I'm awful for forgetting his name) was very friendly and professional. Everything was clean and sanitary and once again I can't express how nice everyone was. tattoo "artist" Russell is not the person to go to! He did my tattoo and two weeks later , the whole tattoo is pretty much gone! I called to make an appointment for him to fix mine and he tries to charge me for his mistakes. He's not very professional .. especially when your trying to argue with me on the phone.
