so i got pierced back in november 2018, i got my nipples pierced. overall great experience the piercer was fantastic knew what she was doing 100%. what i am upset about is i needed some help from her so i messaged the number she had given me: only to receive no response!
nipple piercings are veryy delicate, and i NEEDED help from her. i messaged her 2-24-2019. i needed the ball and barbell of my jewelry changed, i felt it was really hindering my healing. the ball would get stuck to my nipple because the bar was too short for my nipple. i wanted to go back in and have her check on them make sure im doing everything alright: just hear her suggestions because at that time i was also experiencing some yellow pus and slight redness. it has been four months SINCE THEN, and ive healed this piercing all on my own. biggest issue here, customer service :(. sucks too because i really enjoyed her vibe! i enjoyed her expertise and how open she was. very comfortable. sadly her customer service wasnt too great. im upset that my concerns about the piercing she had done on me was never addressed to her. i thought about calling but i figured why should i when the piercer herself gave me her number to contact her personally!
just a heads up, people with larger nipples need a longer bar! try to keep that in mind so the next person doesnt end up how i did :). that is, messaging the piercer directly never getting a response and having to deal with your piercing holes to rip whenever you cleaned them because the bar was too short and there wasnt any room for healing!
overall, the atmosphere was any other tattoo/piercing shop, inviting comfortable. though the customer service with the piercer isnt great. no communication afterwards whatsoever. any concerns you have after getting your piercing, dont expect her to message u back about it! though my nipples have healed since then it still sucked not having the person who pierced you , and knows more about piercings than you, to give you advice and fix their mistake.
