Wonderful place. Great lighting and friendly. Ralphie (Hope I got it right) was great! Got some piercing done for myself and teenager. Very clean place and professional. Plan to go back for tats in the future and more body jewelry. Highly recommended!!!

Went in to change one piercing and the lady was going to charge me a ridiculous price just to twist it off. (I had the ring and everything). The lady at the desk was extremely unprofessional and off putting. Many places I've been to don't even charge to change a piercing ( of course I leave a tip) - and the price she gave me was EXTREMELY inappropriate. Was going to come here to get a tattoo with my friends, but after this experience, never coming back.

I was completely overcharged for what I got done. I was given a price by the owner then after the tattoo was done she said I had to pay $50 extra. The tattoo is faded!!!!! They did a horrible job. It’s not even 4 months old!!!!! I’m so disappointed. All that money for a faded outline. I will not be coming back here. I found a great artist in Queens.

Walk in wanting a nose piercing! I was surprised how easy and quick it was. The person that did my piercing was so nice and informative. The young lady in the front was very nice as well.

The artist doesn't listen to me. The owner rushes him on the tattoo and I end up with pieces I never wanted. Part of the problem is that you the owner doesn't let you consult with the Rafael when you pay the deposit alot gets lost in translation. They have their own issues and I am the one that suffers for it. The second problem is that Rafael thinks he knows what is best and doesn't care that it is your skin or your money. He argued with me about content and colors. Not a fun exoerience. He doesn't want to give you breaks. He was also prying about my personal which I thought was very unprofessional. All he cares about is his vision and his portfolio. The final straw was when he started to ink me freehand. When I realized what was going on I flipped out and he is looking at me like I am the bad guy. The owner said she would redo the work for free but of course she never called me back. I have been getting tattoos since 1998. Go here at your own risk. Oh and Rafael also bad mouthed my original artist who is in London now. Again, not professional. He is the only one in the world that knows how to tattoo according to him. And he takes pics of my tattoos and post them without my permission. Again not professional...

I gave two stars because I believe they make up unbelievable prices on small simple tattoos. I asked for a symbolic arrow tattoo on my forearm. As she was scrambling her mind, and she asked for $250. I simply deny paying that much, so ask for a medium size version. We agreed on paying $150. Got the tattoo, and soon as I was about to pay; she yelled out from the back of the shop saying " That will be $250". I was shocked, confused and somewhat upset how she totally forgot our agreement. I ended up paying 180 plus 15 when you pay it with debit.

The lady at the front desk is not a tatto artist I weent and she said she would do my tattoo; word of advice just cause u own the shop doesnt mean you are an tatto artist ! I didnt think it was a hard tattoo to do it was a simple lined tattoo small and she did a disaster NO PULSE , NO definition, HORRIBLE !! I give a star because I didnt pay for it because I wanna as outraged and told her off ! Prefer paying 250 dollars on a simple tatttoo knowing it will be well done! LO Barato sale caro !

I went in without an appointment and it was great! All the things a tattoo shop should be: clean, organized, proficient, and professional. Rafael was super kind and made sure to take his time to perfect the image I gave him. Would absolutely recommend!

Got my belly pierced here for my 15th birthday. I went with my guardian, paid $35 and chose the color belly ring i want then waited for a few minutes and when the wait was over the lady took me to the back, did everything well and fast. Afterwards, she gave me directions on how to take care of it and it’s been like 3 months now and I’m healed and no infection or anything.
