My girlfriend and I were in town for my 20 year high school reunion and while walking through the area fell onto this place. We were greated and treated very well and ended up getting some ink done. We are both satisfied with the work that was done and will return again when in the area.

I walked in with the intention of booking an appointment to get a tattoo and didn't have a pleasant experience. There was only one artist there, and she didn't even greet me. I asked if there was any availability from across the room (because she didn't even get up to talk to me) and she kind of laughed and said she doesn't have any availability for days. I then said oh ok I will call and make an appointment another time. She then added that I would have to come back in because she requires a deposit. She had an attitude that she was to good for me and I didn't like it. I went to get pricing and didn't even get a chance to show her the artwork I wanted done. I am very disappointed and don't think I will be going back here.

Do amazing work BUT customer service wise my phone rang a couple times , I didn't answer it while in the chair and the artist truly just spazzed on me stated that my phone going off made her feel like she needed to rush, never heard this I just calmly apologized unknowingly that the sound of my phone ringing was a bother, I'd assume the artist would say their rules before even beginning if that was such a major issue , and unfortunately I would never go back.

Just got my tattoo done by Melissa, she's very nice, very patient with me. I was nervous and was screaming a little and she would always encourage me during the process. The result was exactly how I wanted it to be! With very nice lining and shading!
