This was a terrible experience. I got my tattoo done here and then went to get it touched up because it was very sloppily done. The new lines the tattoo artist added to neaten it up were again done poorly and are not the same color as the rest of the tattoo. I reached out to them about this and was put in touch with the owner who after several months of back and forth telling me they would let me know when they would be able to schedule it, said that the apprentice would fix it. I went twice to one if their main tattoo artists and was left with a sloppy tattoo with blow out...why would I trust their apprentice? I responded and said this and never heard back. Not a “nice” studio. I’m going elsewhere for the touch up.

The shop lives up to its philosophy of being nice: nice place (clean, cozy, and super cute), nice staff (really friendly and hospitable), and absolutely amazing service. I've gone over the different artists' instagram accounts, and they're all very talented, but my first experience in Nice Tattoo Parlor was with Hannah Kang and she did amazingly--really gentle, light-handed, and precise. The staff, as a whole, tries to make you real comfy and they play some great music, so the hour flew by quickly and painlessly. The ambience of the place along with the service and the talent create a great tattoo parlor and I would love to come back and get tattooed again!

You will experience skillful artists who are not only patient they are talented quick and efficient. The space is clean and sanitary. Hannah is the artist that completed a piece on my inner arm and it turned out out exactly as I had envisioned it. I am very pleased with the result.

Really great parlor, and a great pic for a first tattoo! My artist (Nas) was really nice and very helpful, walked me through everything carefully and made sure i understood everything. Tattooing was fast and she made sure to check in with me during to make sure everything was good, and explained aftercare very carefully. Touch-ups are also free (with appointment), so if anything comes out not quite right it's easy to fix. Overall fantastic time! I'll certainly be back again.

I was getting my first tattoo and they were great with me. It’s not nearly as intimidating as a normal tattoo parlor, they’re super welcoming. One of the artists had her dog in the waiting area which was a great stress reliever. Overall I’m definitely gonna come back for my next tattoo!

Hannah was an absolute joy to work with! I had recently gotten married and knew I wanted a wedding band tattoo since I hate wearing jewelry. However, finding a good artist in NY that wasn’t crazy expensive was proving difficult. That is, until I came across the crew at Nice Tattoo. All the artists are fantastic and it’s a very friendly, chill environment. Hannah even offered to do a free touchup, which was much appreciated given the nature of finger tattoos. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience!

Our tattoo artist name was Hannah she is a sweet woman and does very lovely work , it feels like a painting brought to life but just tattooed on yourself ! I appreciate and adore the experience. Everything is well organized and clean . And the Parlor it's self was a nice theme . As for the prices they are very fair for the type of work you get and work really fast . Thank you for having us ! I just had my first coloured tattoo at Nice Tattoo Parlour and I’m so happy about it! The artists are very nice and welcoming, attentive to your taste and we worked together on the design. Especially Jes who designed mine exactly like I dreamed it and realised it so well and so quickly! Rates are great too. The studio is also very charming and cosy - looks like a girl’s apartment - and really puts you at ease. I usually always change artists and studios for every tattoo , but I think I’ll come back to this one! Thanks again girls

This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a tattoo parlor. Everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is incredibly calm. They are so conscious about making you feel at ease and it's really reflected in their impeccable work. I've had a really traumatic tattoo experience before so I was incredibly nervous when I walked in and honestly of course it hurts but not nearly as much as I was expecting. They are growing in popularity so it's getting hard to book an appointment so follow them on IG to nab last minute cancellation slots! Shout out to Noelle who gave me an amazing floral piece!

Super clean. Super friendly, fun staff. Hanna worked with me on my designs until I felt it was right. It was my first tattoo and I have anxiety. Between the feel of the place, the artists, the music, and how at ease they make you feel, I nearly fell asleep while getting tattooed, I was so at ease. It turned out so beautiful I nearly cried. 100% would recommend and worth the wait and trip to get there!

Had a dainty poppy done on my forearm by Nas; absolutely in love with it. Had to come back for a quick touch up after it healed, but they were wonderful about scheduling the follow up. Would absolutely recommend this place, and will DEFINITELY be going back! Great shop with great people!

Awesome place! The atmosphere was very relaxed and the tattoo artist I worked with, Nas, was incredibly kind and talented. This was my first tattoo and Nas took the time to explain the process/how it worked. During the tattoo she checked to see how I was doing, if I needed breaks, and also explained more of what she was doing. I’m really happy with how my tattoo came out and I would definitely recommend going here.

This was the best possible parlor I could have gone for my first-ever tattoo! The vibe is super warm and welcoming - bright colors, cozy couches, great music, etc! I felt like I was at a friend's place. And I was delighted to learn that they really do keep to their name - everybody there, including Noelle, the artist who did my tattoo, was SUPER friendly, down to earth, and welcoming. And of course, maybe the most important part here - my tattoo is amazing, it was easy to workshop and I already know I will be back here for future tats! Highly, highly recommend Nice Tattoo.
