I schedule an appointment with a Tattoo Artist named Frank Kempo. He works in Leathernecks Tattoo in Brooklyn - 667 5th Av. 11215. I was told that I must make a deposit, which I did. It will be an hour job, nothing complicated. Leathernecks called me twice to be sure I will be there for my appointment. Then, they called me again to reschedule. I agreed and we rescheduled the appointment. The day before the next appointment I got a call to confirm my next day appoitment, I said yes, that it was in my schedule to go to Leathernecks to get my tattoo. Leatherheads called me again, a couple of hours later to ask me to reschedule my appointment again for Sunday. Which is wired since they told me they do not open on Sundays. By the way, it is going to be my first Tattoo. My guess is that: Mr. Kempo is not interested in working in my Tattoo, he was trying to get me another Tattoo artist the day I went to Leathernecks and talked to him. I asked him if he doesn't want to do it. He says that it was okay that he can do it. Not sure why he was insisting in finding me another Tattoo artist. The socond guess is that he got a better offer that he will get more money or Leathernecks will get more money if he schedule a different client. In any situation or any other situation this Tattoo parlor is not serious. I do not recommend it. They will make you waste your time. They won't respect you as a valuable client. The reason for the second time cancelation was that Mr. Kempo was doing something with the militaries. ???? You make your own conclusions? I hope this review helps you to avoid you to have a bad experience as.the one I had. By the way. I got a new phone call to tell me that I must wait until Monday, today is Friday, to get my Money back because I made a cash deposit. LOL. Now I must find the way to find time in my busy schedule to go there and get my money.
