Went here for a guest artist, but the shop is super clean and the dudes who work there seem really nice

Waited half a year for them to tell me they cannot do the tattoo. Set up an appointment and put down a deposit ,they never asked for my age, and never mentioned the 18 year old rule. (Need to be 18+ regardless of parental consent). After waiting for six months I was told the day of my tattoo that I needed to be 18. They then just offered me to wait even longer. A major waste of time because of poor service and communication.
