Rob finished an old tattoo of mines today and it came out beautiful. The price was good compare to other tattoo parlors who wanted to charge me $400 for the design. Smh. I felt comfortable and he's very professional. I would recommend all my friends to go there♡

Horrible customer service. Today Saturday June 22 at approximately 6:10 pm I went into the shop and the front desk person was speaking to two other people there about a tattoo. So my sister and I sat down and waited patient for 5 mins we were not acknowledged at this point and the person was busy getting a tattoo design prepared for the other customers. And finally I got up to see the body jewelry and the rude individual (Hispanic male salt and pepper low fade hair style) said I am waiting on you ladies and I’m like wait what you haven’t acknowledged us and he was like no no I’m Waiting and I’m like nah I’m good and walked up the stairs to exit. At that point I was not going to spend another moment at a place that doesn’t want my business and doesn’t respect their customers. Never coming back. Improved on people skills and communication skills please. Unacceptable.

I went into this place to get a nose ring. The gentleman who was in there was working on a woman's piercing and I believe he just finished with her friend. I stood there for over 5 minutes and I did not get acknowledged. He engaged in conversation with the women who were there already and I did not even get a, "Hello, I'll be right with you". It was clear he saw me and also made it clear he didn't want me as patron. I walked out and got a nose piercing elsewhere.

Kay!! She is the manager there and her customer service is great! My cousin and I got there and it was about 15 minutes until closing. It’s Friday night and Kay told us if we give her a couple mins she would help us. Excited, indecisive nervous and what ever else comes with getting a piercing name it that was us! Kay was patient helpful and knowledge. She played music she took her time and she made us so comfortable! This is our new piercing home! That’s for sure!
