This has to be the classiest establishment ever! It's beautiful and professional and has the nicest and most professional and gifted aretists. I'm 73 and just got a nose piercing..the sweet young man who performed the deed (George) explained the procedure and was so gentle and quick. I'm going back to get another tattoo very soon..so glad I found "Bullseye Tattoo" right in my area...they've left an indelible mark on my heart as George did.

I've received multiple piercings & tattoos here- & I've loved them all. Matt has been my tattoo artist for multiple tattoos & he's done a beautiful job. (Also, his "free-hand" lettering is pristine!) The staff has always been very friendly, comforting, & professional. Each time I've gone, they've made me feel so welcomed. I like how they have a completely separate, clean, & private room for piercings. They're always very sterile with all of their instruments too. They've always gone above & beyond to make sure I know the proper steps for the after-care of any piercing or tattoos as well. HIGHLY recommend this parlor.

I’ve been going to Bullseye for about a year now and just finished my sleeve over the weekend. The staff is great and make you feel extremely welcome. Victor was my artist and I will definitely be getting more work done by him in the future. Overall, it was a great experience start to finish and the shop is immaculate so if you want some sick work check them out!

Shoppe is immaculate,clean,beautifully designed- staff is amazing- but the piercer has terrible manners,was being pierced in a sensitive areas and was feeling slightly uncomfortable undressing and the piercer rushed me and was snotty,does great work but had poor manners making me feel extremely uncomfortable and also treated my friend who was also getting a piercing with pisspoor manners.

I was really looking forward to getting tattooed by Stephanie when I saw her work on instagram. I commented on one of her pictures and she told me to come in and speak to her about my idea. I came in and told her about the rabbit I wanted in watercolor only to be given such attitude and to be brushed off like my idea did not matter. She didn't make any eye contact with me while speaking and didn't even make an attempt to get up from the chair to talk to me making me feel like she had better things to do then talk to a potential client. I was very disappointed by the treatment and walked out of the shop and don't plan to ever come back again.

Victor Just finish a beautiful portrate of my daughter on my arm. I am amazed by his ability to capture every characteristic in detail. You would think I had the photo lazered on. In addition his shop is impeccable. I’ve never seen a staff so in tune with cleanliness not to mention they are all such nice people. I've been going to Sal for 4 years. Every piece I have is from him. Half sleeves, small pieces. My work has never faded, had issues, or been a problem. The shop is VERY talented. It is clean at all times and everyone is super friendly and easy to get along with and get a good laugh. Everyone in the shop does amazing work and I would recommend every single one of them. There's also an awesome office to get laser removal if needed, Mary does an amazing job. If your looking for a tattoo or piercing Bullseye is the place to go!!!

I've been going to Bullseye Tattoo for almost two years now. I have had 3 different tattoos done by Stephanie Kratzel. She's an amazing artist and I've recommended all of my friends and family who want tattoos to her. I have never had a problem with Stephanie or the shop as a whole. It's extremely clean inside and all of the artists there are supremely talented and skilled. Stephanie collaborated with me on my last tattoo (my Wonder Woman tattoo, pictured). All I did was tell her what I wanted and gave her some reference images and she created this beautiful piece of art that I am in absolute love with. We did the tattoo over two sessions about a month apart from one another. As long as I am living in New York, I'll be going to Bullseye Tattoo and highly recommend others do as well. Please remember to tip your artists too. Art is not cheap!

Great place. They make you feel very comfortable. My daughter got a tattoo with them and they did a great job. I had a nose piercing done and the person who did it for me his name was Paul. Very professional, explained everything he was gonna do and how I would feel. Then he went through the process of how to clean the area of the piercing to avoid infection. When he marked the spot on my nose he made me check it to make sure I was ok with it before he pierced it. Place is immaculate with nice decor. Staff and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this place!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING The staff here are super friendly and it's super clean inside. I love the atmosphere and the variety of artists. The work is pricey but for a good reason. The tattoo that you get here is the HIGHEST quality. I am coming back again, there's no way I'm gonna go anywhere else. My Zelda tattoo was done by Brian, in from Chile, and he is detail oriented and color saturated, and I love his personal style. I am in love with this tattoo and this place.

I have been a client of Victor Modafferi for a while now and I hafta say, he is the best black and gray tattoo artist in New York. Myself, my boyfriend and my brother have gotten tattoos with him and will never use anyone else. His work is the absolute best from a conceptual standpoint as well as looking incredible. As far as the environment of the shop goes, it is clean, sanitary and overall just an extremely pleanant place to get tattooed. The entire staff is super friendly and make you feel part of the "family" too (like when they run to the Mart close by they ask if I'd like anything too which is super nice). This is by far the best experience I have had with any tattoo shop ive ever been to. The entire shop is full of the right people and the vibe is amazing here. All of the artist are extremely talented and it was difficult to actually choose the one that i wanted to do my work. I chose a guest artist name Juan and i cannot say it enough the man is out of this world. Its a feel good shop with the best collection of artist ive ever seen. I put my deposit in 2 months ago and thought I was scheduled and ready to go. I decided to call 2 days prior to only find out that bullseye completely forgot to set my appointment at all they lost all my paper work except my money. artist was on vacation and wasn’t coming back until a little later that week no problem I could wait. Later to find out I was going to be rescheduled for at-least another month. I decided to go to masterpiece after this happened where they promptly scheduled me for the same week and did an amazing job each artist there has years of experience and has been around for over 25 years . Bullseye tattoo is overpriced, unorganized, and does not appreciate its costumers at all. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere save your money

I was so insulted and disrespected. I've gone there previously for piercings and I'd always say that I would get my future tattoos here but I went today for my first tattoo, on a whim. I knew I wanted to incorporate two colors into an awareness ribbon representing two of my conditions. From the get go, the tattooer (he never told me his name) told me that I should feel free to shout stop whenever the pain was getting too much, maybe about twice a minute. I got it on my ankle, maybe 3 inches in total. Around an hour in, he started to become really rude and arrogant which I thought was just sarcasm but it wasn't. Other workers in the place began to make remarks about how I couldn't just sit there and let him work. Granted, I did ask him to stop quite often, only because he told me I can. Any who, he said stuff like "yeah I'm adding more ribbons! now the colors aren't even standing for anything. and the puerto rican flag too" which makes zero sense, I'm a blatant white girl. lol he stopped before he finished saying that I was too much and basically didn't want to work on my anymore. I refused to leave with a half-ass tattoo so I asked him if he can actually finish the shading and whatnot. He did - not without snarky remarks. All in all I am very disgusted with my treatment. I would absolutely not recommend going there if you're not willing to deal with attitudes like that. The owner on the other hand has an awesome personality.
