The staff are rude!! I went there to buy a nose ring, and the man that waited on me was rude. He seemed as if I was bothering him by coming in to buy something when no one else was in the store!

Very rude and they clearly do not like money. Simply asked for a small tattoo to try them out, and he made excuses not to do it. Not only did he make excuses the artist would not talk to me directly even though he was right in front of me, and had one of his friends or whatever repeat everything to me after he said he was available. I recently moved to the area so I'm looking for a new artist. I have many tattoos, and have been tattooed from many well known artists and I will not be coming back.

Got my tattoo on my calf from here and my tounge pierced from Joe . He's awesome. I'll be back soon because I have to get my tongue re pierced had to take it out for an MRI and well it closed up lol so Jo here I come. I'll be up there when I can. Highly recommend this place

Had my daith pierced on Tuesday and on Friday on of my balls fell out. I messaged them and they told me to come in an hour before opening and he would fix it. They are true to their word and very nice to deal with. Will definitely be back for any other work I get done

Contacted them at the beginning of the month for today, 3/24. Guy on facebook messanger says he can work me on at 1. Show up at 1 and no one is there. Called the number on the door to see what's going on and I'm told that I shouldn't have been scheduled. Guy says he can be in to the shop on 5, 10, or 20 mins... okay, so I ask what time and he hangs up. I know tattoo shops aren't known for their amazing customer service but this is ridiculous.

Joe is fantastic! Got my first tattoo and third lobe set pierced last year from him, and they turned out great. Went in today to discuss matching tattoos for my husband and myself, Joe was very friendly and we are going to get them Monday at the latest, have a lot of appointments this week and dont know if we will have time. Joe takes the time to make your experience very enjoyable!

I walked in with my wife at at around 4:30pm to get two small matching tattoos. They said they were open til 8pm but refused to work with us because they were too "tired". If you still have a few hours left and your primary business craft is being a tattoo parlor, what is the point of being open for longer if you're too tired to make more tattoo's. I asked them for the hourly rate and they said that it was 80 dollars an hour. I offered to pay more just to get it done and they just did not seem to care. I have never seen a small business that would refuse money especially in such a small town. It felt as if this was some money laundering place where they don't care about the real money coming in. I would stay clear of this shady ungrateful business.
