I will go absolutely nowhere else but Factory Edge at Cottonwood. Everyone is amazing and welcoming. Joe's piercings are perfect, Nicki's lines are the cleanest I've seen and Aaron's watercolor work is beautiful. If you want anything done, there is an artist there for you. 10/10 highly recommend

Joe had pierced my industrial, I was happy with it at first until a few days pass and I noticed the top piercing isn’t even on my ear lobe. I had to go to another piercer to fix my industrial piercing. Waisted money and time!

I feel the need to add an appropriate review for this shop. After reading some negative reviews I was of course skeptical, but almost immediately after visiting I could see most if not all of the negative reviews was lack of knowledge from the customers. Not only did I receive amazing work by Santana Blueeyes but I was also given a extremely fair price! While waiting as well as receiving my tattoo I saw nothing but professionalism and honestly a prideful staff whom you can tell are all great people and artists alike! When I see a shop that acts as if each other are family that's what makes me know im in the right place! I will absolutely be back here as a regular thank you all again for the great experience!

They are both very passionate individuals and I always feel like I am in the best hands when it comes to these very technical procedures. Adrian is very friendly and always professional. He is thorough when explaining how the entire process works and is always happy to answer any questions. His area is always super clean and that puts me more at ease when getting this service done. He is very artistic and always has great ideas when I’m not sure what I want. His sense of humor and overall demeanor always makes for a pleasant experience. I only trust him with my piercings! Derek’s artwork is absolutely beautiful. I brought him a simple mermaid idea and let him have complete creative control - I could not be more taken aback by this piece! I know I am in excellent hands when getting work done by him because not only does his art speak for itself, but he is always professional and his area is always very clean! I will only see him for my tattoos!

Billy was my piercer and he was amazing. Friendly, kind, professional, quick and virtually painless. I got 5 piercings on the cartridge of my ear and he made it a breeze. I always heard it hurt like crazy but it wasn't bad at all. An hour and one Ibuprofen 800 later, I couldn't feel a thing and no problems since. The store was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend Billy and Factory Edge because they are not only great but half the price of some of their competitors.Why go elsewhere?

I wanted my ear piercings replaced after I purchased earrings from Factory Edge, thinking it would be easy and fast. I was told 4 customers where ahead of me and it would be at least 30 minutes and I told Joe I would be back. I came back 1 hour later and it was the same answer. I personally feel my earrings were not a high price item so it was no interest for Joe to do, so he turned it down. Horrible customer service and I will never come back again.

Went in for a nose piercing and everyone was super helpful! Was probably done within 10-15 minutes of walking in, and the staff were very professional. Joe was great! The piercing itself hurt so much less than the first time I had a nose piercing about 3 years ago. Would def go back for any other piercings I may want in the future.

The staff at the Factory Edge Parlor are very caring, attentive, and polite. I got my forward helix pierced by them and they helped me continuously with the aftercare. Even after I left the store they were extremely caring and helpful when I called them for information and advice. I went in for a Daith piercing as a Birthday present for myself. Joe was awesome. He asked me as soon as I told him what I wanted how bad my headaches get and where do they originate at. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he is but also how kind and helpful. I told him that I heard it was good for headaches but that I honestly thought it just looked like a great piercing. As soon as I was prepped and ready to go, he walked me through breathing and as soon as he started it was over. My secret? I walked in sporting a headache that had been hanging around for a couple days. My headache was instantly gone... From a piercing! Thank you Joe! I will say this though. I didn’t realize how bad my headache was since I have kind of just gotten used to them when I do get them. It took about 4-5 days to recover from the headache. The piercing hurt less and I will be going back to Joe for at least one, maybe two more piercings <3

I went to get a piercing and the process was easy and straight forward; the piercer, I think Joe, was easy to get along with and followed the strict rules with the piercing. He didn't make anything awkward and was quick. Will recommend others to go here for a piercing and I will as well if I get another piercing. Joe Chavez is awesome! When my 12 year old daughter wanted a Helix piercing, there was no way I was trusting it to someone who gets paid minimum wage at Claire's. We went to Joe and he treated her with such care as if she were his own daughter. Since then, we've gone back a couple times to have the piercing changed and he's been great every time. Highly recommend him! He'll even order jewelry for you to make sure you get high quality that won't harm your skin.

Joe Chavez is an awesome piercer. I had gone to Claire’s when I was younger using the piercing guns. Well Claire’s completely ruined the spacing on my left ear whereas my right ear was fine. I went to Joe to try and get My left ear spacing fixed and he was super nice about it and fixed my spacing. There was a lot that I had to fix. 5 piercings in one day and it looks 100 times better. And Joe told me if I didn’t like where he placed one earring I was a little apprehensive before he pierced it, he said he would pierce it where I wanted it for free with the earring. I was impressed by his customer service and super pleased with my earrings spacing.

I had the best experiance when I went here to have my tongue redone! I went on Saturday 8/17/19. Joe Chavez was absolutely amazing! Instead of completely repiercing my tongue, he suggested that I taper it back up since I've had it for so long. I ended up not having to spend as much money, and that was awesome! He also was really good with my son who was throwing a fit the whole time. I highly recommend going to him for all your peircing needs!
