This was my third time in the shop and every time has been an easy and fun experience. I didn't think my tattoo could be done because (in my non artist brain) I couldn't fathom how someone could create my dream piece. Well, Brett certainly came through and went above and beyond. I am in love with my ghostface and the actual horror in the eye itself. As a walk in with a custom piece I could not be happier with the outcome and will go back for as many tattoos as I can. Highly, highly recommend!

My boyfriend and i went into the shop yesterday just to make an appointment or see if they would be able to do the pieces right on the spot (not expecting it thought because the ones we wanted were pretty large for a walk in). We both wanted 2 of the biggest flash pieces for the November flower specials that they have displayed on their Facebook. As soon as we got in you could tell it was pretty busy but they told us to wait and after everyone they accommodated us right away. Everyone was so friendly and the prices are amazing for the pieces they do. Bill was my artist and Brett did my boyfriends tattoo, and they’re both two of the best artists I’ve been to so far. I’ll definitely be returning to finish my arm piece and my boyfriend is already going back in a few weeks to get another one done by Brett!! Also i really loved how the didn’t turn us away for our tattoos that day, every other shop I’ve ever been to makes you make an appointment even for small lettering! Very excited to go back and get more work done

Got Japanese writing on my arm from Brett about 2 weeks ago. I listened to his instructions of how to let it heal and it healed great with no problems. He is a very nice guy and does great work, will be going back for some more art soon!

I've been going to Bill for over a year now, and I can honestly say he's the best guy around. He always works with me and makes me happy with the ink I get. I have six beautiful pieces done by him so far and I plan on getting much more. Heart and Dagger always has great monthly deals, very friendly guys and a very comfortable setting. This is by far the best place to go get tattoos or Piercings done. I have 6 tattoos all done there by izzy did all best work I got done. They are a super clean shop. Prices are great and they will work with you. I don’t ever do reviews on places but show some love to shop this shop u won’t regret and I bet this is would be the only place you will go for now on

Went here in March for a nostril piercing. I called ahead in the morning to make sure the piercer was in. I was told I could come in then and only after getting there told he wouldn't be in for an hour. So an hour later I went back and was now told he wouldn't be in till 4. My third time visiting in one day the piercer was finally in and I could start the paperwork. Then had to use the ATM because they are cash only. Did not open the jewelry fresh but rather took it from a jar on the wall. I almost walked out then but had already spent the entire day trying to get the piercing so I took the chance. Out of all the piercings I've gotten from different places (I have 3 other body ones and multiple ear ones) this was the worst in both his process and incorrect aftercare advice. Pay the extra $30 and go somewhere that knows what they're doing.

I absolutely loved place! Such a good energy and fun group of people to be around! I was completely nervous to get my first tattoo, but my friend recommended me to shoot Brett a message and with no problem he consulted me and we planned to make this tattoo happen! I showed him an idea and he brought in different ideas to give me a pretty sweet ( and meaningful design!). He talked to me the whole time and kept me calm ( and it wasn’t bad at all!). I went to heart & dagger to get my industrial pierced. I had walked in and by the time I was done filling out a consent form, Bill had already had every set up. Bill was very friendly and helpful making sure I liked the placement before we proceeded. It was fairly quick and painless and after he had made sure I knew how to take care of it properly and keep it clean.

He didn’t once complain of changing the design and was very gracious and respectful to accommodate what I wanted and what worked best. This is my second tattoo now by Brett. He is an outstanding artist and has completely blown me away with his professionalism, cleanliness, and thoroughness. He also helped me design my first tattoo and will be continuing my arm now for my sleeve. I highly recommend him and Heart and Dagger tattoo. Bill and Brian are fantastic as well. Very friendly. I called Heart & Dagger at 10:30pm on Thursday night. They actually answered the phone! I explained how my beloved dog just past and I wanted his exact paw print on my arm. They told me I can come in the next day and they’d take care of me and they definitely did! Bill is an amazing artist who saw my vision to remember my boy. He gave me an amazing tattoo that was so good I literally cried! It looks exactly like the print! Thank you so much Bill! You’re Amazing! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. I absolutely love this place. It was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad that she told me to go here. Bill is awesome and really makes you feel at home in his shop. He let’s you just relax and watch whatever you want on Netflix, which was honestly my favorite part since it distracted me from the tattoo pain lol. He really makes sure that you’re happy with the work he’s doing the entire time and really puts his heart into his work. Would definitely recommend!!

Friends recommended me here & claimed they have had good experiences, however, i was not one of those lucky people. I called and asked if they take walk-ins, & the guy that answered the phone stated 'yes', and i could head in to talk about what i wanted. I drove almost 1 hr to this place get there and the man who instructed me to come in had me sitting there waiting for about 45 minutes before he decided to return back to speak with me. He then told me if i wanted to walk in, to come back tomorrow. He seemed very uninterested in doing my tattoo, but i heard great things about them, so i took my chance and paid $60 for a deposit. The next day i called asking if they had a preferred time that i walk in, they said anytime. I agreed & I left to "walk in", AS INSTRUCTED TO DO BY THEM. after i was already on my way in, they called and told me they couldnt see me after i was half way there already. I turned around, wasted a hours worth of gas AGAIN. They took my $60 real quick, but refused to return my phone call after multiple attempts of trying to reach. I finally got in touch with someone after about 3 weeks. They refused to give me back my $ so i decided to let them keep it and not get tattooed by them. Id rather tattoo myself with a stick-n-poke.

Got my nose pierced here a few days ago literally 5 minutes before they closed. They were still happy to take me in and pierce me. It was pretty cheap compared to the other quotes I got from local piercing places. They were so friendly and clean. My piercing looks awesome!! 10/10 would recommend ☺️
