2nd time visiting shop with 2 thumbs down. Late July I wanted to start two sleeves; very sure of the art. $ not an issue. As requested, sent her numerous emails of my ideas. After several emails & no response I shopped two other shops & settled on one guy (excellent I may add). Have both arms from elbow to wrist started. After a bad week, I had an itch in between appts & thought would stop in for 2 easy wrist bracelets. 5:30pm shop empty but 4 tattooists sitting there idle. I walk in & state what I'd like. Weren't you hear before? Yes, but you had no appts available so I went elsewhere. Well when would you like the tattoo? Tomorrow, Saturday, Monday, yesterday? Well look at our books and amongst the three of us see what you think. Ok, you never got up to intro yourselves or who does what, nobody is in the shop so what's stopping you, I'm obviously serious because my arms are newly done up and you guys are just sitting there on the couch. And I'm sorry, albums not that impressive..saw a few pics online by Zeus truly. Phone call to p/u my kid...yes ok ty bye...cricket cricket.. There's no strike 3 you're out here. I'm not telling anyone to go to you's. Ridiculous.

Found out about the shop through a friend's glowing recommendation. It was my first tattoo so I was incredibly nervous, and I can honestly say I don't think my experience could have been any better. The shop was spotlessly clean and comfortable, cheap parking lot very close by. Kevin was absolutely amazing from start to finish and explained everything along the way. I'm thrilled with my tattoo and have received many, many compliments. Definitely coming back for more.

Recently went to Newton for the Harry Potter event, and even though everyone was super nice and accommodating, the tattoo I received is a little less on par with what I expected. Seeing as they were giving discounted tattoos and that I was not the only one who got one that day, I can understand the stress of making sure everyone is happy. My tattoo, while it is what I wanted, is rather scribbled on haphazardly instead of with precision. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I feel as though others should know. If I do end up going again, I would prefer to get with another artist who is a bit more experienced.

This place was packed when I went but it was for a special event & they dealt with all the hustle & bustle amazingly. The artist/owner was friendly & an open minded woman. Her artwork is brilliant & her personality is great as well. The price was great, even though they had a deal going on. I still love the tattoo I got from here & it looks just as great as when I 1st got it!
