Great experience. From Skyler at the front desk to Reece Farness who did my tattoo. I felt comfortable and loved the atmosphere. Clean and professional place if you're looking to have any work done. Especially if you set up an appointment and really give the artists time to draw your ideas up. I look forward to going back!

Jason and his brother Jeremiah and the rest of the crews are very talented group of artists. Jason did my dream japanese backpiece that I been looking for an artists to excecute what I really want. Its seem that he read my mind I didn't give me much to just some ideas and nailed it. I'm very fortunated and very happy to have Jason did my backpiece. Yesterday was my 18th birthday, and I decided to go get a tattoo with my twin sister. It was spur of the moment, but we only had to wait an hour. Update: Overall quality work, though a couple things are the wrong color, and one of the tattoos did not heal well. Also very quiet if you're into that. Ultimately though they accommodated us with no notice.

I stumbled upon Iron Works when I was visiting Portsmouth (I live about an hour and a half away) and decided to get my first tattoo there. Jeremiah did an amazing job on my bicep and I went back to him three years ago for my ribs and again I was very impressed with his work. The guy I was with at the time also has started a sleeve with Jeremiah that came out incredible. I would feel 100% confident going to any of the artists in the shop and consistently recommend them to any friends wanting to get a tattoo. I do not plan on getting work done anywhere else while I am living in the area.

I have had work done by Jason as has my veteran husband. He does fantastic work. I told him a rough idea for what I wanted and took the time to dig into the idea and create an incredible piece. I get compliments on it all the time. Unlike many tattoo artists he was able to work with my schedule and offered to come in earlier in the day to better suit me. Such a cool guy had so much in common with my husband and they spent all the time talking about mutual interests and the time flew by. Can't wait to go back and have more work done.
