Bad work. Lots of holes in the work, and literally minutes after the tattoo was done I pointed out holes and inconsistencies in the tattoo, the artist said he would fix it once I come in for a touch up.... also I must mention he ignored me when I tried to make small talk and made the whole situation extremely uncomfortable. Very rude and not good work or customer service

An amazing establishment. The staff is pleasant, professional, and considerate. They make you feel welcome immediately, and the feeling of being part of the family continues for the remainder of your time there. I recommend it to anyone, especially those looking to get away from the growing amount of establishments that want to get you in and out. I loved the vibe, and felt like I was surrounded by friends the whole time I was there. Mark makes a point of getting to know his clients, and gladly spends extra time discussing any concerns you may have. I should also mention that one employee played with my daughter in the lobby to give us time to consult, and she wants to return just for the fun she had while waiting for me. By far the best spot I've had the pleasure of visiting.

Went in for the Friday the 13 special. The shop is clean, the receptionist was nice and friendly esp dealing with rude customers, but the artists were definitely tired that day. Also I observed two artists go out front for smoke breaks and not wash there hands uppon returning inside. Although they wore gloves and the environment was sterile it was still a sour impression. However I had a cute young artiest give me my design. She was nice, no small talk (as too I'm sure she was very tired that day) and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Since I never got her name I can't piblically say who she was, except she is a sight for sore eyes

My husband and I went to Elm city tattoo yesterday Shawn was our tattoo artist amazing man can turn any picture into an original . Super friendly his wife Jeanette also works there she was awesome ,thank you again for my nose piercing I absolutely love it. Would go there again in a minute would recommend it to all my friends who love tattoos and piercings, see you again in a few weeks!!!!

Had professional staff.my daughter's went for bonding moment (one has cancer) they were great. Gave out cupcakes for cancer support. Excellent experience, both girls happy with peircing.

My tattoo was rushed and didn't come out that good. At first glance it looked good but later I saw all of the imperfections. Some of the lines are jagged, some aren't connected, the thickness of the lines is inconsistent, among many other errors. I'm going to get it fixed somewhere else.

Very professional and kind staff. They talked myself and my daughter through the piercing process. We left feeling very well taken care of. I even overheard the owner say that she wouldn’t pierce a girl who was underage in a ‘personal’ spot for ethnic reasons. Kudos to that!!!
