Tremendous experience. I was tattooed by Ken. I had some very fine lettering done on the front of my forearm. Very minimal pain. I recently visited Capital City Tattoo in Concord, NH with the idea of getting STAY GOLD tattooed on my fingers / knuckles. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady named Shiloh. Shiloh was incredibly knowledgeable and was very helpful in every way. Over the next hour and a half to two hours (i lost track of time) Shiloh completed my tattoo. Her work was great and I look forward to visiting her again for my next tattoo. CCT is reasonably priced, very clean, and the staff are great. As well as extremely talented. I give CCT 5 stars. I will definitely be visiting Shiloh again for my next piece of work.

I am really not the type of person to write a negative review about anything, but I had such a terrible experience here with my piercing. My friend and I came in on Friday the 13th get piercings (which I know, I probably shouldn’t expect much from a cheaper piercing)- but both my friend and I have had terrible reactions. I have a ton of work done and plenty of piercings on my face, so I really didn’t think twice about getting my daith done. My friend got the same as me. We went into a really well reviewed tattoo shop after to get hers changed to some different jewelry, and the piercer insisted on taking hers out. He had me take a look, and the reason was because the piercing was done so close to the outside of the ear, you could see the bar through her skin. He let her know she couldn’t keep it in or change it because if it got stuck on something (clothing, hair, etc), it would literally rip out of her ear. I decided to leave mine in because it didn’t seem too bad and I’ve it for a while now and have developed THE worst infection I’ve ever had from a piercing. I went into my local shop that took my friends piercing out, and he immediately took it out, letting me know it was done pretty sloppily, super slanted, and done with the worst quality jewelry possible. I’m really disappointed by this place. Like I said, I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews, but I decided to come here because of all the positive ones and just want to let people know that not everyone had a fabulous experience. I would suggest maybe looking elsewhere for piercings.

The place is clean and gives you confidence that they are a reputable establishment. The owner, Scott, is the ONLY person I will EVER allow to tattoo me. He is one of the best I have ever seen. Extreemly talented. I have never seen him put out a piece that was subpar. The place is very well run and the staff are all friendly. I highly recomend this place to everyone. I get comments on my work all the time and I always let people know where to find Scott. Highly recommend.

Don’t listen to negative reviews about this place, not sure about the piercing stuff but tattoo artists are great, very clean and professional. Also they did a ton of work for free to go to a good cause and support recycled percussions chaos and kindness. They are amazing kind hearted folk and I recommend Scott Flanders personally!

I wasn't much into Tattoos, but I decided in a pulse move that I would get one and so I did. I got roses on my side and it came out beautifully, then a month later I got a bird on my shoulder not that long ago and it came out better then expected. I am defiantly looking forward to getting my third tattoo soon. I never review on google so this is a first, but I defiantly would recommend this place. I defiantly don't regret the tattoos that I've gotten and am in love with them.

He executed perfectly and I love it. We sat and talked about a hobby we shared. Shop was nice and clean. If I decide to get more work done, I’ll definitely try to stay at Capital City.

Went in for Mother Daughter tattoos last night atmosphere was very relaxing .It was my daughter's 1st tattoo she was a little calming. Kenny explained what he was doing in a very calm soft voice and it completely eases her mind .We both had a great experience and will definitely be going again for our next ones

Walked in without an appointment and got lucky; an hour to draw up the cover-up while I walked the strip, easy peasy. Going back in a few for a second session because I hit my pain threshold at 3.5 hours. Shading dude. Fml. 10/10 will be going back. They worked with me covering a scar, were tech savvy, on the ball and the one guy's son is hella adorbs. I watched him play video games in the next room while wincing and reevaluating my life choices. 0 regrets.

I had a terrible botched tattoo by a larger "reputable" studio in Manchester. I was not happy so I gave a leap of faith to Capital City. Not only did my artist perfect and correct the new tattoo but she impeccably added another I was looking for. I appreciate that my artist was so focused and didn't settle for anything but perfection. I look at the tattoos from her everyday and they are absolutely flawless.

I can only speak for the piercing side of this place. They did a fantastic job. I even came in a couple weeks after I got my piercing because I had accidentally removed a barbell from the rod I got in my rook, and they replaced it for me, free of charge.
