This company not only has the worst customer service. But they have a purchasing manager that has absolutely no clue how to do their job. Over a year ago they started carrying yocan pens. 8 months ago I purchased one. Every time the coils need to be replaced I go in there to my new coils only to be told that they don't carry them and the only way for me to replace my coils is to buy a new pen. If you are going to carry a product that requires replaceable parts you should carry the replacement parts. Well guess what mr. Bill's carries them and from now on that is where I will go for all of my paraphernalia needs. Maria you have let your customers down you should be ashamed of yourself and most definitely should be fired

I just came out of there shop to get a nose ring and Stitch (Santiago) is a very down to earth patient person. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them with great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Just went to get nose pierced my piercer was knowledgeable and did great . My only complaint is the first day me and my friend came in we were not greeted at all when walking in so Id say if you are busy and see new people walk in at least say hello and let them know you will be with them shortly. I worked over 11 yrs in customer service still do and fairly easy to acknowledge a person coming in. But yes highly recommend and tattos look great as well.

Diversity on Decatur is special to me because of Santiago (Stitch)!! I got my 1st tattoo by him 6 months after he started working at diversity. Since then I have had several beautiful pieces done by him!! He is so kind and takes the time to get to know his client's, he is very clean and sterile which I feel is so so important when having tattoos or piercings done. Over the years since Santiago has been tattooing me he has made me beautiful custom pieces of art!! Everytime I get a new piece it's more perfect then I could of imagined!! He knows what I like and makes it come to life!!! It's so hard to find an artist here in Vegas like Santiago he is one of a kind ❤❤

I read the reviews and decided to go in to get my nose pierced. I was a bag of nerves. Tommy did my piercing and he was great! friendly & funny...the guy in front at the register was also friendly & helpful...going back to get my son's ear pierced and my daughters first tattoo for her birthday...love this place!!!

I had high hopes for Diversity as I saw both artists work before visiting. My friend is moving so I drew up a diagram that Santiago said he would do improvements on, to give it depth, and made our appointment with deposit. A couple days before our appointment Santiago asked if we could reschedule because he booked us when he has a Dr's appointment. No biggie, we made our appointment for the following day. The day before THAT appointment I get a call from Tommy stating Santiago was out for 3 weeks and he would be doing our tattoo. We made our appointment with Tommy and go in and he makes it clear Santiago didn't charge what he would have, but he'll do it anyway. He talked me out of where I wanted mine placed stating it was harder to tattoo on the ribs, so we decided on my hip I have fat and stretch marks there that makes placement tricky, but he didn't take that into consideration, he placed the stencil and tattooed while I was lying down. So now I have a deformed tattoo when standing. He also only did the outline, no special depth or detail was put into it to make it his. I get Tommy was overwhelmed with Santiago's customers, but if he's unable to offer the same quality to all customers, maybe he shouldn't take on them on and just refund the deposit in those cases.

I just had to share my experience with everyone. I had the best tattoo artist since I started getting tats. Santiago is awesome!!!!!! His work is impeccable. The detail and colors. He is so creative and made my ideas come out even better than I could have ever imagined. His personality is not only professional but he made me laugh and the time just flew by. I'm definitely going back to Santi for more tats soon. If you want an excellent artist, Santi is the man. Thank you Santi! See ya soon.

Worst experience in my life I just went for a dermal piercing change and the staff wasn't able to change it wanted to use some pliers and I had to pay for jewelry anyway. went somewhere else and they changed it with no problem

Anyway his work is GARBAGE he tatted me up and it was a real sentimental tattoo and he knew that and he still fucked it up. Idk why he's even in a shop honestly it was the worst work I've ever seen AND he was super rude.

I went to diversity for a cover up on a tattoo. Tommy created something so unique that I can’t even see the old tattoo. The atmosphere is nice, clean and the staff are really friendly. If you need a tattoo Diversity on Decatur is the place to go!
