This company goes beyond Amazing tattoos. They give you the knowledge you need to know about every piece you get and where you should get it to have it last longest and look the best. They are not in the business of good tattoos they are in the business of beautiful art. I love talking to everybody there and they are only a quick phone call or text away for me. It would be a waste of money to get your tattoos anywhere else. I can't say enough good things about Level Up and there are not enough stars. Thank Your for all you guys do for me, I love every piece that I have gotten from you!!!

This place is a COMPLETE JOKE and will waste your time. They are so arrogant and act as if they are better then you. In june I paid 100 dollar deposit for an appointment a month away July 7th and dropped off a picture of the work I wanted done and said if there's anything we need to discuss call me. Instead the morning of my appointment I get a text saying that Pablo needs more time and we need to reschedule so i waited a month and he needs more time ??? So instead he tattood another client and my appointment gets reschedule a week later and the day before guess what they canceled it again!!! I had already took a day off work for this tattoo and was upset and they said they are sorry and will give me a discount and I said I'll give u guys another chance and schedule for the next week and I tell them do not cancel please I am taking a day off work to get this and they assure me they wont and I go to the shop and am waiting an hour for no one to show up and doors are locked!!! I find out they texted my girls phone the day before saying that after hours discussion they aren't going to do my tattoo and they just aren't comfortable???? Literally didnt even call me and try to work with me on ideas or suggest something different with my tattoo they just flat out canceled my appointment when I wasn't dead set on my tattoo idea and would of done something different after having waited almost 2 months 3 canceled appointments taking 2 days off work losing 320 dollars off my paycheck. Its unbelievable they were supposed to send me my 100 dollar refund which never came!! They are completely a RIP off !!!

Derricks did a memorial tattoo for me in honor of my aunt. I had 3 different elements, and he brought them together beautifully. He is light on the gun, and has incredible eye for detail. Level Up will be my go to tattoo place from now on. Great place, very clean and professional.

Drove from out of town to check this place out. Store says it's open Thursday-Monday 1-8pm but they're closed. It's Friday 2:20pm. And they're CLOSED!!

This tattoo done by Pablo at Level Up Tattoo is tooo show the love i have for dolphins, and swimming and my daughter. Paublo does AMAZING work I got one from him today and the pain was nearly non-existant. It shows my love for the dolphins, swimming and my daughter beautifully. Paublo is absolutely the best. I designed my tattoo and he drew it and did it amazingly. They do not Get enough credit for the AMAZING work that they do. They have a great Atmosphere as well, as clean shop and kind or at least nice people. WILLL go to them again & WILL be recommending them to any and all.

I have had work done in a few different shops in Great Falls over the past 23 years and have to say that Level Up was by far the most professional shop I have been to. Donna was great on setting up and coordinating my appointment by stay in contact and ensuring I was prepared for my 7 hour session. This lead to the day of the appointment with Derrick who is an extremely exceptional artist and an outstanding and kind person. My wife and I have both had work done by Derrick and I would recommend any of my friends or family to Level Up for high quality body art. Thank you Level Up!

I absolutely love Level up! I've gotten all of my tattoos by either Derek or Pablo. I wouldn't trust anyone else in Great Falls and most likely Montana. Their always professional and make you feel comfortable while getting tattooed. Their art work is absolutely jaw dropping I've never been disappointed with any of the art I've got done, and the art I've seen them do on others is more then extraordinary. If you want a good quality tattoo, in a clean and professional atmosphere, with artists that truly care about you and the work they put on you, Then go to level up.

I have gotten two tattoos from Derrick. The first was a simple "I know what I want, this symbol has meaning to me, can you add this in to it?" And he knocked it out of the park! My second, I came in with a concept and let Derrick have full creative control, and he blew my mind! If you have an idea of what you want, let the guys know and give them control. Seriously! You will not be disappointed! The facility is clean, spacious, and staffed with two of the most amazing artist that I have ever met, and can't forget about their bad ass manager who keeps them in line and on time!

Level Up Tattoo is by far the best tattoo shop in Great Falls, and most likely MT. Pablo the main tattoo artist is very humble. He has a wall of awards, and is featured in many tattoo magazines for his excellent work, but never brags or boasts. The art work and tattoos Pablo does is phenomenal. He has surprised me many times; you give him a broad idea of what you want and he expands that idea and transforms it into something breath taking. The shop itself is very clean, sterile and presentable. All the needles and equipment are opened and set up in front of you so you know that they are brand new. Donna the manager makes you feel at home and very welcome while you're there at the shop. Everyone at the shop will talk to you and get to know you, you are not just a body to tattoo, you are their friend. I personally have spent countless hours there, laughing, making jokes, getting tattoo'd and just hanging out and I plan to spend countless more.

Don’t get me wrong, the receptionist was nice and the studio was very clean complete with private booths. I paid the deposit and was scheduled for May 16th. However I was rescheduled over 3 times over the course of 3 months. The third time it was rescheduled was an hour before the appointment was set up for, I didn’t understand as I drove an hour to get to Great Falls. I went ahead and cancelled after the third time as I didn’t want to get my hopes up again. I was told I’d get a refund for the deposit however have yet to receive it. It’d be a nice location to get a tattoo if you are able to get a set appointment.

Derek is absolutely incredible!!! Did so great at making my idea come to life but adding his own touch to be so unique! Donna also bomb at working with mine, my moms and my three sister schedule in order for us all to get tattooed in the same day!! Yes they are booked out a little ways but clearly that means their work is worth the wait!!

You know when I jumped on to write this review I thought it was going to be easy. Obligatory tattoo shop review - Que Joe Esposito, the best around period.. But honestly words don't give this place the justice it deserves. The staff here is a family and by walking into their home you become a part of it. You are welcomed with open arms to an extremely talented group of artists and the friendliest shop manager who have a genuine compassion for wanting to make your idea a reality and give you the best experience possible. Also keep in mind that this isn't your run of the mill tattoo shop, it's an art studio. Professionally kept and impeccably clean. Of all the shops I've been to, I couldn't ask for a better place to trust my art with.

Had to wait 3 months just to get the appointment with Derek just to get a text message 39 min before the appointment saying they can’t do it. Tried calling everyday before the appointment just to check on it goes straight to voicemail leaves a voicemail no return call very unprofessional so I go into the shop and see that he is working on someone else’s tattoo last time going to a tattoo place in great falls.
