This place is a absolute joke. Spend an extra $25 or $30 bucks in fuel and go to missoula and get what you want done there.. not only is this place MONTHS out but their customer service is poor Jayson or whatever his name is "shop manager" is by far the sleaziest, ignorant individual I have yet to meet in that valley. If you want to feel comfortable with who you are dealing with I would DEFINITELY recommend going else where! There is another review posted saying pretty much the same thing. Just think, it could be you posting a 1 star because of your poor experiance with this tattoo shop.

The atmosphere is awesome!! This shop is amazing and packed with talent! Needless to say, very clean and cross contamination and infection control are by far NOT any issue with this business! I have been inked by this artist several times and keep coming back! You want a custom tattoo, drawn specifically the way you want and have the artist input, this is a MUST GO TO place! Attitude and customer service is awesome! Jason and Taylor are very up beat people, good people with great attitudes! I love it!! I really recommend Iridescent Tattoo & Fine Art! After knowing Jason for only a few years, I can honestly say that since the 1st tattoo he gave 3 years has been nothing but the best when it comes the quality of the work, the cleasiness of his station to not being done with a tattoo until it is perfect. I have been tattooed by 4 artist before I met him & one artist after him and without a doubt he is the only person I will let put any work on me. I live in Arizona, but find the time & money to make it up to Montana because I know that I will only recieve %100 quality.

Jay did an incredible job on my half sleeve cover-up, in fact he exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. Jay truly cares about the art, and that is evident in the work he creates. I traveled 4+ hours to Hamilton for each session, and it was well worth the time and money. 10/10 on everything. I highly recommend Iridescent Tattoo!!

Art work is fantastic. Gavin is fantastic. Jason's bedside manner is absolutely horrible. He is horrifically rude to not only clients, clients being tattooed by other artists in the building, as well as is completely rude to anyone who may come in off of the street. It is very hard to even be in the same room as him because the tension is so high. Will not return because of him. **Update to review in response to Jay...I clearly chose a fake name to remain anonymous in fear of backlash as a client. There is no solution other than for you to improve on the way you treat people.
