Don't know why you would fire Neeko with no warning, but I'm assuming this change in management is going to sink the whole shop. Neeko has an insanely huge community of supporters who will follow her to any shop. Good luck with your business, you won't be getting mine.

I went in today to get a daith piercing and Wil was my piercer, he was amazing! Very informative, kind, patient, and seemed to enjoy the entire process with me. I got a look at some of the tattoo artists work while I was there and ended up scheduling a consult with Neeko for later this week. The environment was relaxed and everybody seemed pretty chill. Looking forward to going back!

I went in to get a tattoo, walked out weirded out and uncomfortable. First I asked if there was a bathroom I could use and was informed by the guy at the front I wasnt allowed to use the restroom because I wasn't a customer. When I informed him I was in fact planning on getting a tattoo, he was shocked because he had just assumed based on my appearance I would never get a tattoo. He was incredible rude and was definitely a bit drugged out. There were three artist in the shop, one unable to actually give a tattoo because of his state, one was sleeping on a table in the back and the other had several customers waiting. They informed me they wouldn't be able to get to me that until about 7, which was fine. Then later told me they wouldn't be able to help me at all that day. They told me they could the next day, but because of my classes I wouldn't be able to. Instead of ask about another day or trying make an appointment for me, they just shrugged and ushered me out the door. Over all, I was disappointed by my service and made very uncomfortable by one of the people who attempted to help me. Would not recommend to a friend.

I went here to get my belly button pierced. From start to finish, including making the appointment on the phone these people were awesome professionals. They made an appointment, hassle free. Other places in town want a deposit or just say walk-in which is hard to do with a busy schedule. Upon arrival on a Saturday they were super busy but check-in was quick. Jacie is AWESOME - PERIOD. She explained everything she was doing, the jewelry, care and answered all questions. She is super skilled and a wealth of information. All things considered it was a pretty painless procedure and they were so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend American Made Tattoo!!!

Unprofessional environment where the space was unorganized and dirty with a disgusting bathroom. Poor customer service by people who are dressed in last weeks clothes and who smell of last nights booze. The artist was late by 45min for a scheduled touch up yet, I was the only tattoo customer for the entire time I was there. Sitting around the corner from the artist, seeing him on his laptop and his phone, while listening to the employees talk s*** about their customers as if they were the only ones in the room, is the only thing you should expect if you book here. It was plain to see that the ink and guns were prepared for my appointment but they sat out for over a half hour while the artist wasted my time for the scheduled 10 min job. Didn’t charge because it was a touch up but, offered that I should tip him for his lousy service. I will never set foot in this place again. Do yourself a solid favor and look elsewhere.

The front desk lady is really rude. She was really rude about walk in and answered our questions aggressively. I came in with my tattoo and she was very rude about that.

I got a few tattoos there, and after looking at one of them the lines were tattooed on very sloppy, they weren't even. I am sure I will have to get it touched up by a better artist. I don't remember the artists name, but when he was working on me he went on and on about his current hangover.

I went in to get something super simple about an inch wide when we walked into this shop everything about it was unprofessional. The woman behind the counter was drawing and had headphones on her head I watched her unintentionally ignore other customers because of the headphones. The music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think it was blasting in my ear as I was getting my tattoo. My tattoo literally took the guy (Steven) 2 minutes not even and I was charged $50. When he was asking me what I wanted to get and showing me the drawing I told him I wanted my tattoo in blue. He rudely told me that he wouldn't touch it up for free and when explaining what shade I wanted he told me he didn't care. My cousin came in and also got a tattoo with me. While she was getting hers she was struggling with the pain and not once did he look up to her to make sure if she was okay. When she asked if they could take a break I don't if the music was too loud he couldn't hear her but he grabbed her hand and put it back on the table. Good thing I don't live in Missoula because I would let everyone I know not to go here or at least to not go to Steven where I'm from his behavior would not be tolerated. Maybe he had a bad day but that's not the way your customers should be treated regardless of the circumstances completely unacceptable. My first tattoo experience is ruined thanks to these guys.
