I got a tattoo here some years ago. The tattoo is crooked and fading. I also got my tongue pierced and it embedded into my tongue and I had to go to the emergency room to have the piercing removed. Save your money for good quality work because you won't find it here unless you like ratchet tats.

Not so good customer service over the phone. I asked a guy how much does it cost per letter to get a tattoo done cannot explain to me what it cost per letter but had an attitude with it but then made a statement they start at 30 and up that's not telling me what I would be paying for the letters or does it depend on what type of letters you get not clear on information

Asked for privacy and that made me feel like I was being difficult. Felt uncomfortable. Not welcoming. Didn't get to see where my piercing was going. Wasnt even.ready. got pierced. N it was CROOKED! So im.headed to another shop.to fix it. Poor service, poor quality. I will NEVER go.here again or recommend anyone too. Just pay.a few more dollars and go somewhere else! It's not worth having to pay for a service there and have to pay somewhere else to get it redone properly!

The only reason why they have one star is to write a comment they work last for a few weeks my personal opinion is they do not know how to do the tragus piercing this is my second time getting it from them and my skin is completely ripping it happen the first time and they told me i was cleaning it wrong but i cleaned it how they told me to and it formed a keloid and it start ripping again . I wouldn’t tell anybody to go there at all. They service is terrible at that

I went to get my nose pierced. The guy didn't dot it to show me where it will be placed. When he was done I asked why it was so far over he said he couldn't place it anywhere else. Then immediately turned around and said it could be moved but I would have to pay. This place is a mess. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Horrible ...Horrible experience first the staff is rude and not friendly. Like I came here to give you my business. The woman tattoo artist could have cared less if I was there....she put me in the chair and didn't even prep my skin for the tattoo (I should have gotten up then). Did a a tattoo on me that my 8 year old could have did. Didn't give me any after care info...just trash. Had to go to All City Tattoo to cover it up (very happy with it) . They had a dog and kids running around ... Not professional at this shop at all. Don't waste your time are money here ...btw they don't want your money anyway. It's seems like your bothering them when you come in to get a TATTOO !!!!! They need to get better tattoo artist ... Promo there business within the shop ( give out cards to promo themselves) ...a more friendly atmosphere .... And oh yeah ACT LIKE THEY WANT YOU TO BE THERE AND GET YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!!!!

However I see he’s made it a habit instead of improving it) Edit: Clearly based on the response/responses as you scroll through the reviews, how could you ever feel comfortable going to a place like this? Think about it. Customer service and the privacy of a customer goes a very long way.

I’ve gotten two here on my wrist recently and I almost cried when I seen the finished product because it was on my bucket list to get this tattoo. He didnt whip me down which i didn't notice till some one else who was with me pointed it out later he didn't card me for my age but that mighty of been cause I had an older adult with me. And im 20 an probably look my age...i did found it funny I don't have to sign any paperwork (i did when i got my secondary ear libe did at my local mall...but they used a gun an not a hallow needle) or anything...they also didn't tell me anything about after care or healing or the size. But mostly of could be due to the fact I ask him. (And didn't care cause i research my stuff before) big guy was friendly an funny an minus general "different places different rules " it an ok experience an i would go back they have good prices.

Lmfaooooo the ONLY THING good about them is the price. I'm the nicest person in the world and both the guy that sits in the front & the white piercing guy acted like they both did not wanna be at work. He did not mention what side he was gonna pierce, didn't say anything about after care. He just literally stuck the needle in my nose and basically told me bye. I'll keep going back to enigma for my piercing, customer service go's a long way. No way should I have been more nervous to get my nose pierced that my nipples.

Horrible customer service skills I came to support a black business and got a tattoo by a tattoo artist whom I believe was not licensed when I first walked in I didn't know what I wanted so instead of giving me an idea or saying hey can I draw something for you he copped an attitude and got smart with me the place is filthy and not to mention two tattoo artist were sleep while some poor little girl was running around there. Not returning and not recommending I will in the same breath recommend BLACK PEARL & OUTLAW INK.

The work was good i just got a name. The owner.lied about my tattoo artist qualifications he said she was one of the best tattoo artists in St Louis come to find out she had only been tattooing for about 7 months... customer service was bad I commented about the size that I wanted that ignored me I also said I wanted to add a flower ignore me I was not allowed to use the restroom even though I am a paying customer. The name was actually fine but we did wish we got it bigger head we would have had better communication with the artist we would have got exactly what we wanted

I got two tats and my nipples pierced here, I brought my sister for her first tat. I can say that the place is OK it's not upscale. It depends on who you get as an artist. The customer service needs a lot of work. They do have there favs and it's ppl who are there faithfully so when you come in and your not a regular face it's awkward. I have no problem supporting a business. But customer service plays a big role. If I am not disrespecting you and I am nice, I expect the same in return. I plan on going back within the next week or so. Hopefully my experience is better.

This place was absolutely horrible!! The place was dirty and the service was just as bad. It looks like a hole in the wall, and the people were rude and lacking of good artistic input (in fact, I would go as far to say that the guy who did my tattoo was no artist at all!) When I asked them to change the way something was placed or said how I wanted it to look, they were extremely rude and one guy even rolled his eyes at me. I'm not an unreasonable person, but whenever I'm paying good money for something that is going to be on my body forever, I expect to be able to have them do it to my specifications without acting like I'm imposing on their sweet time. The guy who did my tattoo didn't clean the skin before he started, wasn't wearing latex gloves, and put a half of a paper towel on the finished tattoo. Its amazing that my tattoo didn't get infected, although I was extremely persistent about cleaning it. When I went to a well-known and popular tattoo shop (Evermore in Edwardsville, IL) the tattoo artist said that the guy obviously didn't know what he was doing, due to his poor line work and how badly torn-up the skin looked. I'm going to end up going to Evermore to have them fix it the best they can or cover it up completely. Also, I would like to add that my tattoo was a simple anchor attached by a string to a single balloon. Overall, I would highly advise against anyone going there to get a quality tattoo.

Got both of my cartilage piercings on my ears. They were terribly uneven. One is at the tip of my ear and the other is like 3 centimeters off going down. No greeting at the door, someone was asked to do my piercing and had an attitude as a response, service was horrible period.

Went there with my mom for piercings. The person that pierced us pierced my mom's ears uneven so he had to put another hole in her ear to make them even, and my belly button piercing is crooked. So went back up there and he told me he'll fix my piercing when I come back in 2 weeks.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed today....this was my second time coming and this time I was coming to get dermals put in and the peircer that was doing them seemed to have a attitude from the start and when I asked how the dermals was going to be put in that seemed to push him over the edge and he stormed off and said I was asking to many questions and threatned to not put the dermals in and not refund my money and continued to yell and act like a ignorant child and being rude for no reason at all ...he clearly has anger issues and I will never come back! If I could rate them zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst place of business I have visited. The owner and his girlfriend are very rude, unprofessional, and hostile upon arrival and the prices are low for a reason because the quality of service and customer satisfaction is extremely low. I wouldn't recommend anyone in the St. Louis area to visit this place for a tattoo or a piercing.

The place itself was very unprofessional and not very sterile. I recently went in for a nose piercing and did not include me in the process, ask me where I wanted my piercing, and he also didn't disinfect the piercing site at all. He was kind however, but very arrogant and "all-knowing". He pierced it in the wrong spot, the jewelry was large, (didn't ask me what type of size) and easily slipped out of my nose. 0/5
