Jacob did my spinal tattoo a couple of months ago and I seriously could not be any happier with it. It's beautiful, the font work is flawless, it's perfectly aligned with my spine, and it healed with no problems. He took his time to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it before he started. His patience and attention to detail make him an amazing tattoo artist and I will be going to him for future tattoos without a doubt. The shop as a whole is very clean which is super important to me. All of the workers are super friendly and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I seriously could not have had a better experience. Sam Ross did a tattoo for me. It was wider at some points and more narrow at others instead of the same width throughout. You can also see some places where the black line looks like it bled and is uneven as well. When I contacted her about it, she got offended and nasty. I posted pics of it on their Facebook page.

Horrible service. I walked in to try and book a tattoo appointment for my fiancé and I. The guy was very rude. I was talking to him and he wouldn't make eye contact with me. Was on his phone the entire time. Wasn't sure if he could even hear me. Then he put my appointment information in his phone because he didn't have paper and pen I guess. Then when we went in for our appointment a few days later, the guy didn't show up. We sat there for almost an hour. We finally left. Waste of our damn time. Oh and also the whole place smelled like weed.

For my first tattoo, this place is beyond excellent. From the time I made the appointment to the seeing the finished product the whole experience was exceptional. The staff were very easygoing. Kevin knew that this was my first tattoo so throughout the process he did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The environment was pleasing, very clean and tidy. Scott did amazing work! I had researched some other artist in the area and decided that he was the best person for what I wanted done. Seeing as I was a first timer, Scott was very patient with me, talked through the course of the tattooing process which helped take my mind off the discomfort. The shading and detail are truly incredible! I’m very pleased and happy with the work and plan to go back.

Why isn't it possible to give more than 5 stars?! This tattoo place is the best one I've ever been to! The artists there are fun and friendly and very much dedicated to their talent. The artist I had (his name was Scott) and another guy working at the shop (Kevin) stayed with me to complete my back piece well after the shop closed. My tattoo took 3 1/2hr and they were willing to complete the whole thing at once as long as I was ok to do so too. My mermaid tattoo on my back is freaking gorgeous and I will never go anywhere else ever again! Thank you again for giving me something so beautiful!!

The entire experience was just awful. I went in to get my nose pierced. The guy was rude to me the entire time until he started to mess up and realized he wasn't such a hard a$$ after all. He kept slipping with the tools to get the ball on my hoop. I understand it's hard, but I just knew something was wrong. Well, when I went to switch the hoop for a stud, my hoop was bent to the point of I had to go to the ER and have them remove it because I couldn't get it out of my nose. It looked more like an oval who reproduced with a square rather than a circle. I will never be back.

Jacob was awesome. I went in late one night and I could tell he had a long day so rather than rushing through the tattoo that night he admitted he was tired and asked me to come back the next day. Hard not to admire the responsible choice he made, it was nice to know he’s not just in it for the money and wanted to provide the best product possible. We were driving in from Tulsa, and couldn't make it to the shop before close. The manager stayed open late for us, and Hayley worked late to get me in. She was amazing! Very professional! The shop is incredibly clean, and super cute! It turns out, my piercing only needed stretched, and not repierced! So she only charged me for the jewelry! Most places would have still charged the full amount, especially staying open late. Excellent customer service! Well definitely be back! Thank you!
